Am I an idiot? I’ve been on hold with ‘customer care’ for 42 minutes now in hopes of talking to someone about a cell signal booster. I called yesterday, was left on hold for 15 mins, went to the local store, was told to dial 611, got an answer and was then transferred to the hold music and the wait goes on…… I’ve been a huge fan of T-Mobile, but this is leaving me wondering…………..
