My texts aren’t going through, even while on wi-fi - any suggestions?

new phone? old phone? is it only happening in one general area? everywhere you go in town? are you able to send yourself a text? and receive it? what type of phone? are you able to make calls? is the issue with regular texts or things like pictures/group texts?

I do not work for Tmobile and my suggestions and or opinions are my own**.~~~~ The site here is primarily peer to peer with some TMO moderation to keep the site in order..They do not have account access..The prefered method would be to contact TMO through either calling in (tier 1 support) or by contacting them through either Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support)**~~~~

Thanks! Samsung Galaxy 21 5 G - about 4 months new.

They just started going through about a minute or so ago, but I never had that happen before. (unless there was no wifi)

I just switched to t-mobile because I had to (when they bought sprint) but I never had an issue with sprint.
