Traveling in Alaska for 110 days
I will be in Alaska for 110 days this summer. I know this means I’ll be roaming on GCI unless I’m on wifi.
My question is this - if I keep my phone off or on wifi only most of the time, will TMobile cut me off at 90 calendar days? Or will it only count the days I am roaming?
In other words do I need to “check in” on a TMobile network to “reset” the clock? I’m not really sure how this is supposed to work.

It seems based on data usage. While 110 days is a long time, you might get by if you disable cellular data and use WiFi for data. I know this is sub-optimal. Do you have a dual-SIM or e-SIM phone? You might get a prepaid SIM from GCI. They have data only plans 5 GB for $50, 10 GB for $80. (Everything is Alaska is pricey.)
