My service was actually decent for 6 months or so and now the past 2 or so months it's been on a steady decline to where it's now not even having a pulse to stay connected.  Factory reset, yes. Basic reset, yes. Trying ethernet vs wifi, no different. This is absolutely the worst service I've paid for. Especially when some random support help employees read off a script and tell me my area is well within the coverage area. Also I've checked the trash can for overheating and signal dips within my house but nothing is helping. I'm just at a loss and I really hate to switch to satellite but ...grrr
