Are you currently a T-Mobile USA Customer? Has that device been active on your currently active T-Mobile USA service for the required amount of time? Is the device fully paid off?
I don’t think you have read the requirements. If you had. You would know that you need to contact Customer Care to request the SIM Unlock after providing your account information for the agent to verify you meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements. This forum is not Customer Care! This is a peer help forum for T-Mobile USA customers to seek help from other T-Mobile USA customers. No one here has account access.
