AT&T to T-Mobile Transfer

I have created a T-Mobile account and am trying to transfer 6 lines over.  I contacted T-Mobile and was able to transfer the numbers.  I received the new SIM cards, but the unlock codes from AT&T do not work.  I have contacted the 2X and they say they should unlock.  I just want my phones to work.  I was able to transfer two of the lines, but 3 of the others I cannot.

Have you checked the unlock status to check for updates?

I just saw this, when I got my unlock code from ATT the first time I entered the unlock code it said it was invalid (like ATT was trying to get one last burn in on me) then second time I entered it (do not copy patse) it worked and I am free
