So I baught a Samsung S22 Ultra on amazon. And my sister send it to me out here in the Pacific. But the problem is that the phone is still locked with its carrier. I am not sure if its paid off or not. I can’t send it back but I really would appreciate if I can get any help to unlock this cell phone.

You could always take it to your local cellphone repair shop to see if they have a service you could purchase to have them SIM unlock it for.you.
When she purchased the device from Amazon, was it listed as an unlocked device or was it listed for a specific carrier? Did she buy it used from someone? What carrier is it currently locked to?

No one here has account access. This is a peer help forum for customers to get help from other customers. No one is going to be able to check if there is a balance owed on a device because T-Mobile can't disclose information about someone else's account and device payments to anyone but the PAH or an authorized user for that account.
T-Mobile will not be able to SIM unlock that device for you.
That link will state if there's a balance on the phone if Tmobile sold the phone.
