How to get a T Mobile unlock code for a ZTE Z320 bought on line that was a T Mobile phone

whomever originally owned the device will need to unlock it. when you purchased it was it advertised as unlocked? if it was then its safe to say it was not and can be argued that it needs to be returned. false advertising.
