My friend bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max, locked from America, and locked to a T-Mobile check. I want an urgent solution.

You need to be a customer of Tmobile USA and meet the requirements in the link below if you're not a customer of Tmobile USA they can't help you.

even if all of the above is met your “friend” that bought the phone would need to be the one to get it unlocked since he was the original purchaser.

I do not work for Tmobile and my suggestions and or opinions are my own**.~~~~ The site here is primarily peer to peer with some TMO moderation to keep the site in order..They do not have account access..The prefered method would be to contact TMO through either calling in (tier 1 support) or by contacting them through either Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support)**~~~~
