paid almost $1000.00 for a one plus 9 (unlocked, in good standiings purchased phone thru 

T-Mobile Paid off) was locked out due to sim swap scam …..did a hard reset and still can’t get into my own phone per google asking for the information entered while phone was compromised …. please help

T-Mobile can't help you bypass Google locking you out of your device.  You should attempt to regain access to your GMail account.  Bypassing Google's FRP is considered illegal in a lot of places.  


You should know your own Google Password.  Even if your device was compromised and you changed your password for your Google account you still have the credentials.  If your account was compromised then you need Google to help you fix that before you can get the device unlocked.
