i   GOT   SCREWED   FOR  $395  ON trying   to   pay  my  phone  off..!!  Damit..!!   Apparantly T-Mobile  has   no   record of   that..!!    You   will   be   sued   in  Federal   court  soon and   blasiphized all  over   social media  for   your    continued fraudulent service and  terrible   customer service..!!   Please UNLOCK  MY   DEVICE  NOW...or  else…!!

To be elibigle for a SIM unlock.  You must be a T-Mobile USA customer and meet all of the requirements of the SIM Unlock Policy.  If your EIP states the device isn't eligible for a SIM unlock until.filly paid off.  Then the device has to be paid off cometely regardless of what the SIM Unlock Policy states.
