unlock my Iphones, service cancelled all paid more than 7 days agi


I spend more than 5 hours talking to several T-mobile personnel to unlock my cancelled services, all paid phones. Do I need ti hire a lawyer?

Yes, all paid, T-Mobile Iphones. More than Year…all requirements met. I spoke to two supervisors who validated that.

How many phones are you trying to unlock?

You can only request 2 unlock codes in a calender year.

Why is that? All paid phones used for three different phone #s.

Each line has to request the unlock code.

There's a limit of 2 request per line.

As I said, I am having a big problem unlocking three phones I totally own related to three lines.

According to the requirements once they are met the user will receive a sms letting them know their phone is unlocked.

The phone I'm using now was unlocked after 40 days of usage and I didn't request the code.
