how to I get past the reps lying to me and get my phone unlocked?

The last t mobile rep said it may take apple 24 - 48 hours to unlock the phone on top of they 48 hours it has taken tmobile… who initially told me “it’s unlocked” I’ve learned, apple has nothing to do with it running me around in circles is NOT adding anything beneficial to my opinion of tmobile poor reception, can happen with a company but they lied about the “three towers in your area”two of them old, one out of service the prevarications and the generally thoughtlessnessreminding me of the run around I had with the glitchy new phonetmobile want to make sure I NEVER consider them again?

how to handle this spam problem?

I have been getting these calls from some senior program to evaluate my S.S. benefits. I didn't ask for them to call me and now they call me several times a day! I have asked over and over to place me on the D.C.L. and I continue to get these calls. I block the number and they use another number... sometimes a local and sometimes out of state number. Anyway, I have screenshots of them calling me as early a s 8am and by the time it gets to noon, I've been called 4 or more times! Here are a few

iphone 13 frozen and locked I can't call or text. The screen won't move. Can't turn it off. HELP!

My iphone 13 just froze this morning. I can get my screensaver and the last FB Message I tried to send and that’s it. I can’t turn it off. I can’t call or do anything. There seems to be no chat help. I noticed that it says on the T Mobile site that my device is locked and can’t be unlocked. I live an hour and a half from the nearest T Mobile store. HELP

Hi guys I got my iphone from cousin and I am in Montengro for thouse who do not know it is a country in Europe. I see that Iphone is sim locked probably to t mobile. How can I use it here . did i get lied to?

Did I just get lied to by the sales associate? I was in the store getting a new phone with the promotion they have for the free 14 when the associate tells me that they are also running a similar promotion on the 7 series watch. He tells me with a new phone purchase and activation of a digits line I can pay a total of 10$ a month for the digits line and get a basically free series 7 watch because they will credit me 18$ a month for the watch. Now I’m logged into my account and can’t find no such thing. I see the credit and promotion for the new phone but it looks like the watch is going to cost me 33$ a month. Am I just not seeing something or did he lie??!

REVVL v+5G connectivity with Sync 3

Any update on this problem?Brand new REVVL V+ 5G with software security update 2/5//2022 still has same Bluetooth connection problem with Ford Sync3, 2019 Escape Non Nav. Sync 3 updated by dealer. Nobody has an answer to the connection problems. Phone works fine with other cars.

Gateway drops internet.

Can the T-Mobile gateway be fixed? Occasionally, the gateway is connected without internet. Turn off and unplug for two minutes and re-plug in and turn back on. It takes about three minutes to recover.

Poor customer Service

I have spent almost 5 hours trying to get help with my Samsung A32. The phone cuts people off. I got the phone in November 2021 and this is May 2022. Because I didn’t get the warranty they won’t help me. Very poor customer service. I’ve been a customer since 2002….yes….20 years with 6 lines. Wow! I even said I was going to switch carriers and the guy transferred me to customer service to do that. Very sad that they don’t care.

Galaxy Smart Watch 6

I got a Galaxy Smart Watch 6 for my birthday. I had it set up on Monday, it worked all day yesterday and all day today. Tonight, I get an alert about the watch being hot and the emergency call screen came on. I can’t get my watch face back and cannot get rid of the emergency call screen. Any suggestions?

the problem of the one-year warranty of the iPhone

Hello, my name is Arkady, I’m from Ukraine, a year ago I flew to the United States and bought my first iPhone from T-Mobile, exactly a year and one day passed and the phone stopped working (only SOS mode.. everything else works great) I called to the 611 support service and they told me that the warranty had expired (this is my first iPhone.. no one told me that I need to extend the additional warranty) they can’t do anything and I just need to buy a new one.. today (11/03/23) I came with this problem in the Apple Store on Queens Boulevard, they carried out diagnostics and the Apple representative said that it was only a blocking on the part of the operator...PS: I have been your client for a year now, my monthly payment was more than 300 dollars.. I recommended your company to all my friends and clients.. I brought more than 10 friends and clients to your company.. Samsung Galaxy Overall Design

I went into the T-Mobile store in hopes of getting my Galaxy 2 watch serviced. I was told thgat because of the age of the watch and the fact that Samsung was on watch #6, there was nothing that could be done, so I could check out the other models. Well, when I looked at the more recent models, I was really, really really disappointed. If you are a man, maybe these current models are for you, but what about us girls? I’m not asking for glitz and crystals, but the one I have, at least I could get a rose gold color. If I talk with Customer Service, I will let them know that they need a design team that is going to think about us ladies when it comes to their watch designs. I likes these models because they are linked to the phone.:-((
