Safety Concerns with REVVL 5G

Dear Leadership of T Mobile & Sprint,I reached out to the Sprint/T-Mobile telephone customer services and local stores to bring up my safety concerns about the REVVL 5G that I received as T-Mobile moved to 5G. I have felt on a few occasions (about three times) that someone is eavesdropping on the phone. This has made me nervous and I thought I will get a serious engagement from T-Mobile, but instead I was brushed off - to the extent I had to states to one of your employees that I do not have mental health problems. This concerns of mine is genuine and I am worried that this may be a issues that others may be facing and will compromise or may have already compromised our personal information.As I was not able to get anyone from T-Mobile address my concerns, I was able to find this the only way to bring up this concern so that T-Mobile can look into it and ensure safety of customers.Looking forward to hear from T-Mobile soon.

I cannot find a Kids SyncUp cradle replacement after child stepped on and broke charging cradle.  Is there a replacement available for purchase?

popup problem

Every half hour I get a popup message.  It says “T-Mobile keeps stopping”  and below that it has “App info”  and “Close app” first one takes me to the app page where I can do a “force stop”  (yes I tried that and it doesn’t stop the popup)  second option just closes the popup.  Then it comes back a few minutes later.  This is driving me nuts.Things I’ve tried: restarted phone, deleted and reinstalled the appI have a OnePlus Nord N200 5Gandroid version 11Model DE21184GB RAM, 64GB ROMused 64 GB storage and have 37.24GB leftAnyone know whats going on?Just noticed I’ve used 64GB in storage and I have 64 GB of ROM, could this be it even though I have 37GB left in storage?  Not tech savvy, which I’m sure is obvious!

Where is "lock message" feature gone?

On my old android phone, ver. 8, in messages I was able to lock a single message so that it would not be deleted. It appears on my new android, ver. 12 Samsung s22+, they have eliminated being able to lock single messages. They only offer archive and that does not secure the message from being deleted accidentally. I’ve searched the Play store and can’t find an app that has a lock feature, other than to lock a WHOLE app and that’s not what I want.  Anyone have a work around or an app suggestion?  ThanksA.

LG G7 CHARGING PORT MOSITURE

11.8.18I AM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY LG G7.  KEEPS SHOWING THE MESSAGE CHARGING PORT BLOCKED MOISTURE/DEBRIS DECTECTED.  THERE IS NO MOISTURE OR DEBRIS IN THE PORT.  WHATS GOING ON?I HAVE READ THAT THE V30 IS ALSO HAVING THIS PROBLEM.THIS PHONE IS ONLY 5 MONTHS OLD

Waraanty issues/Problems

Has anyone else had a serious problem getting phone replaced under warranty?  Ive been getting the run around and have even been told to call samsung direct instead. I have tries to do two warranty exchanges with Tmobile and both times they sent the wrong color phone.  Also they sent refurbished phones both times.This is a defective phone, not a accidental damage. I paid $1000 for a black Z flip, and they are trying to replace with pink.  They say they cant choose what color to replace with and it is a lottery chance.  This is a DEFECTIVE device and I want the same one.. soo frustrated!  The store I bought the phone from says they can no longer help me.  Where is the accountability and service?

Identifying iPhone IP address to give permission for that phone and that phone only to access a locked down software...software gives access only when accessed by specifically approved ip addresses.

I'm a tourist, I went to a TMobile store, bought a prepaid SIM card and paid for a plan. 3 days later I still don't have service. It only says "Only emergencies". What do I do?

LG IMS Keeps Stopping FIX

I got this fix 5/24/22 it's similar to many others. They don't work this one does. It's from a LG engineer.Put the affected LG phone in airplane mode by pulling down the notification shade and tapping on the plane icon.Putting the phone in airplane mode should stop the IMS error message from popping up.Open the phone's settings and tap on Apps and Notifications, followed by App Info.On the App Info page, click on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of the screen and tap on Reset App Preferences, then tap on Show System.Look on the app list for "com.lge.ims.rcsprovider" and tap on to open the next page. Doing so will pull up the pre-installed IMS provider app's detailed overview.Once there, tap on the clear data/cache option, then clear storage, then force stop. Then restart the phone. If the pop up happens anytime during this. Restart phone and do again.

Updated this morning and now headphone jack doesn't work.  Tried new headphones.  Powered off, restarted, tried safe mode.  Any suggestions?

LG IMS HAS STOPPED

I was able to find a solution that works. Turn off your Wi-Fi and keep it off or the box “LG IMS has stopped” will pop back up. Simply repeat the steps below to remove it again.  You can navigate the phone with the message “LG IMS has stopped”  just click any space on your phone screen around the box.. It will reappear in about three seconds so you will go a bit slower until you complete the steps below. Steps to clear LG IMS has stopped boxGo to settings> storage//internal storage>other apps>hit three dots in upper right hand corner...>show system>scroll to find, com.lge.ims.rcsprovider (was not in order on my phone)>clear data/cache. The box will disappear.

Anyone have a Samsung phone who might know how to fix this error? "currently unable to send your message it will send when service becomes available" but I have service, I have strong wifi and full bars of 4g service. Its very frustrating. it pops up the moment I open the built in messenger app I don't even have to try sending anything

For those of us that have the OnePlus 9 Pro 5G, I'm assuming I'm not the only one, why are we so far behind on software releases? C.60 is out and the phone is still on C.17!! We should be have already been on C.47. Why the delays?

Poor customer Service

I have spent almost 5 hours trying to get help with my Samsung A32.  The phone cuts people off.  I got the phone in November 2021 and this is May 2022.  Because I didn’t get the warranty they won’t help me.  Very poor customer service.  I’ve been a customer since 2002….yes….20 years with 6 lines.  Wow!  I even said I was going to switch carriers and the guy transferred me to customer service to do that.  Very sad that they don’t care.

Samsung s4 is not working with India JIO LTE network

Hello, I have bought Samsung s4 LTE T-Mobile(SK telecom) at South Korea and was using in India more than 2 years without any issue on one of the LTE(4G) network(Idea network - 4G service) and it worked. Now i started using JIO SIM which is 4G network for both data and voice . with this SIM , i can see that my SAMSUNG S4 is successfully register with JIO network. and able to see signal bars . however when i try to enable Mobile Data. it did not work .

Photos deleted by phone and now being restored with incorrect date stamp

Yesterday I discovered that photos on my phone going back to 2019 had been deleted. The pictures are now slowly being restored, but they are being restored using the date/time of their restoration in the photo details vs. the actual date/time of the photo.This happened at about the same time the LG ims bug seemed to be fixed.What is going on?When will all the photos be restored?Will the dates get corrected?

Finiaced phone with insurance says delivered but dont see it

So I ordered the iPhone 13 from T-Mobile but it was financed and I did put insurance on it because I have already broken 2 phones. It says it was delivered yesterday but I don’t see it, I don’t know what to do since it’s is financed and I don’t want to have to buy a new ohone

What is included in iphone upgrade data migration

Has anyone done an iPhone to iPhone upgrade and knows what is preserved during the migration?  I’m upgrading from an iPhone 6s to iPhone 12 Max Pro.  Will things like message conversations and browser tabs be preserved?

Apple/T-mobile trade in promotion

Has anyone had an issue getting the T-mobile bill credits for the trade-in promotion offered by T-Mobile though Apple’s website?  I got the Apple trade-in credit but received no code or instructions on how to claim the T-mobile bill credits.  T-Mobile customer service agents do not seem to be aware of the promotion, and I have had no response to my mail.  Even now the promotion continues to be offered on Apple's site:"(i) Apple instant trade-in credit and (ii) an additional $200 back in bill credits on your T-Mobile/Sprint rate plan."
