I need to set up a test chain for our neighborhood so we can communicate during hurricane events.  How many people can be on a text chain?

phone payment

So today it says my balance on my T-Mobile app is $60.69. Well it says make payment on July 22nd, but when I tried go make a payment i had issues so I called to make this payment over the phone because I was having issues. Then it says my next payment is on August 3rd 2024 of 30$ and another payment is due on August 19th 2024 of 30$. Then it says my balance is 60.69$ so does that mean it's paid for this month? I so dang confused.

I have an xfinity router currently, I want to get rid of if, but I have a phone line hooked to it. Can i port this line and number over to  T Mobile 5G internet?

As I look at text detail online, I see several incoming texts from countries we have no contacts in.  Are these spam texts that never actually reach my device or has my number been hi-jacked?

device unlock | 5G mobile hotspot

Hello There, I’ve requested multiple times ove rthe phone and also via chat to unlock my 5G mobile hotspot and everytime I hear request has been submitted and still the device is locked.I’ve paid it fully and also removed / cancelled the service with t-mobile and it is still unlocked? Is there a resolution for this?

How can you get Web based texts on your DIGITS Line?

I am not able to receive any web generated text messages on my DIGITS line any long. I used to be able to. A few versions back it suddenly stopped. This and Tmobile is my business up. How can this be fixed? I can’t find any settings for this. HELP!!!

Iphone 13 volume keeps going off and disconnects from my Tesla

My Iphone ringer keeps turning off when I get calls.  The ringer is all the way up.  And when I go out to my Tesla the phone isn’t connected anymore and won’t operate the car.  The car says I am connected.  I have rebooted the phone and I’ve done a hard reset. It will start working again for about a day and then stop.  Help.  Is it my battery?

why does my clock keep moving forward 1 hour?

My clock keeps moving forward 1 hour every morning for about the past week. It's set on auto timezone. I have tried restarting and jumps forward again. It usually corrects itself late morning.

So I got a new device because of my insurance my phone had gotten wet the screen hooked up they sent me a new one and I can't figure out how to switch my e sim from my old phone to my new phone it keeps asking for AQR code but they didn't send me one I'm really frustrated I worked all day i'm super tired and I just need someone to help me

Is my phone sleeping

Samsung S21I have a few notifications I get only when I turn on my phone.  Not power on, but hit the button on the right side and get it to light up.  Email.  Location notifications.  2-3 others.In each case, when I contact support/community, they state my phone likely goes to sleep and only shows notifications when I wake it up (turn it on).I can find no setting for that in my phone settings.  How do I get my T-mobile phone to NOT sleep when the phone is black?

Z Flip 4 damage screen

The screen on my Z Flip 4  has an ink blot from the hinges. I’m getting a new one shipped to me but I can’t reset my device since I cannot access the prompts on the the touch screen. How can I transfer my Media etc to factory reset the old phone? TIA

I have never gotten voicemail notifications when I am using regular voicemail since the moment I bought this phone. I have to periodically call my voicemail and check for voicemails.There is nothing in general settings, notifications settings, phone settings, voicemail settings, etc., to change it. The virtual voicemail does provide real time notifications, but I have to turn the internet on for it to work.T-Mobile support couldn't’ solve the problem. I assume they reset my voicemail, but it didn’t help. The gave me a ticket number a week ago, promised to call back but never did.
