Galaxy 7 Watch Busy Signal

New Galaxy 7 LTE watch having an issue when making a call when not connected to the phone.  I get a busy signal from all numbers I call.I am able to receive calls and send/receive texts when on LTE.  When I connect back to the phone it properly sends calls.

Overview—Except in cases where it fixes a very annoying bug, the legacy product is clearly superior to the new version. Were it not for that bug, we would go back to the legacy version in a heartbeat. False Low Oil Pressure Alerts Seem Fixed— Really happy about this. Our opinion is that this is really the only reason to upgrade from the SD-7000T to the SD-7000T1. Dealer mechanics said nothing was wrong with the cars. We believe the mechanics, besides, if there really had been a problem, after a year of driving, at least one of these vehicles would have had an engine failure.Suspect that the problem is that hybrids often shut off the engine and run on the battery. If you check the engine while it is off, the oil pressure could easily be low. Things were fine, then suddenly our hybrids were constantly generating these. I finally received t-mobile sim card, I inserted it into my phone, I called team mobile 877-207-8048 to activate sim card, as instructed via team mobile email, the first agent cancelled my temporary phone number prior to sending verification code text as a result i was NOT able to activate sim card because my identity could not be validated, I was transferring my att phone # to team mobile.First agent yuki never called me back after having me restart the phone and cancelling temporary t-mobile phone #Second agent Carol informed me that team mobile store could only activate the SIM card. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I hung up due to the long wait timeThird agent Rafael repeated Carol’s instructions to visit team mobile store, I asked for a supervisor, Mayen, after a 15 minute wait, I reported the level on incompetency of agents. Mayen’s customer service skills did not restore any faith in T-mobileI can only say t-mobile started off on the WRONG foot.Exasperated

t-mobile stealing disabled persons money

I went into more than 1 t-mobile location n tried to cancel my t-mobile internet service with equipment in hand. Two said had to be done over phone eventho I'm hard of hearing. 3rd finally said they'd do it n took equipment. My husband was with that time. I had already moved n hadn't used service in over 2 months. I keep being drafted for it. I ONLY had internet thru t-mobile. I was also told they can credit since able to verify no use n since I'd been attempting cancelation over the months. I've since been charged again. This is ridiculous n money stealing. I did online chat also n STILL no refund n STILL got charged. Service address was 1201 sw heritage dr el reno ok 73036 the number they issued despite being just internet service was 405-965-5887 saying they had to do that for some reason. Can't send text messages via WIFI

Normally, once text messaging is restricted, I only have to wait four days for the restriction to be lifted automatically, but so far six days have passed. I still can't send text messages. Now I really need help, thank you!

the fact that the team that you all have in the Philippines have a communication barrier that it's so hard to talk to them and we get frustrated and they tell us about there whole life of living poor and have to pay for all there family members wife in-laws and it’s so hard for them and it's a poor country that's why T-Mobile is there also a supervisor has or had control over my phone and would turn it off every time at 2:00 like shut it down and I have there names there real names they gave me fake names also promised me free phones and are over charging me why why are they doing this I can't connect to anybody in the USA even tho I live in California it's upsetting I’m also disabled that I need this phone to get  ahold of my nurses asap and I’m also so scared of my phone being with T-Mobile for 12 years I have never felt so scared and so afraid and frustrated in my life what do I do T-Mobile contact me asap please or please someone help I don’t know what to do

After months of calling Tmobile regarding billing issues and reps telling it will be fixed and nothing was done. Today, 4/17/24  before 11 am, i called Tmobile call center and had the pleasure of speaking with Mindy Moreno at Kingsburg, CA location. She was the only one who told me the truth about my account.  No one else did that. I spoke to probably to 5 representatives  before her.  Each telling me that it will resolved in the next billing statement. It's been about 4 months trying to get resolved. A Sales Agent at the Pico Rivera location lied to me when I got smart watches. I have been overcharged ever since. Now. Mindy said that I would need to come in person to discuss/dispute billing. TMOBILE is lucky to have a valued honest representative.  This could have been resolved months ago.

2021 Apple Trade P16

I did an Apple Trade-In offer in September 2021 turning in my iPhone X for which I was supposed to get $800. The terms were for 24 months, I am now at 29 of 24 (mind you) with 1 more month to go. I am getting $21.84 credit a month. So far I only have $633.36 credited and it will be $655 by the time I am done. THIS IS NOT the $800 promised (and no it wasn’t up to $800). I actually have a screenshot of the offer. I am very disappointed and wished TMobile would stick with their original offer. Anybody else had this issue?

Revvl 6x Pro. I can no longer download anything from the Play store or make in game purchases.

I have not even had my Revvl 6x Pro for 6 months yet. I can't download games from the Play store or make in game purchases anymore. It says I don't have an Internet connection but I do because I can do everything else like Facebook or watch shows. Anyone know how to fix it or have a similar situation?

phone rings on both lines

when I get a phone call it also shows up on my husbands call log; it doesn’t ‘ring’ on his phone but all my calls show up on his log.
