iPhone 7 & 7 Plus not working

In my family plan, I have an iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, both stopped receiving voice calls and texts at the same time on the same day.  Any thoughts?  or is a factory reset the only option? Did something change on the network?

Alcatel Go Flip not reading SD cards

My Alcatel Go Flip will not recognize my 4GB micro SD card. Is there some kind of "trick" to getting it to recognize a card?  I've tried re-formatting the card on my computer with no luck.

Read receipt pop ups with every text

I do NOT want read receipts and I have them turned off in settings but I get a pop up asking if I want read receipts turned on with every single text I send or receive.  It is very annoying. How do I stop the pop ups.

So I just got the iPhone XR and I was replacing its SIM card with the old one from my iPhone SE - long story short I don't know which is which anymore. How do I tell which SIM card is the new one from the XR and which one is the old one from the SE?

Transfer Galaxy S7 from Verizon to TMobile.  No network/data access

I transferred Verizon Galaxy S7 from Verizon to TMobile.  I have minimal service, and get message "no network data".Network and Roaming was changed to TMobile.TMobile blames Verizon.Verizon states phone is NOT locked.

SyncUP driver behavior & Insurance Carriers

When I first used SyncUp it showed "driving behavior" like starting/stopping fast, etc.  But since then I can't find it on the app anymore. Where can I find it or did the app get updated and it got removed?Secondly, can you use SyncUp to get discounts with auto insurers including Progressive?

Alcatel Linkzone not working/connecting

I have this black alcatel link zone that was working. the 1st 2 lights are on and the 4th is for the battery the 3rd used to light up and now it doesnt and for some reason my wifi is not working anymore. The 3rd icon is an envelope and it doesnt light up. I have tried everything. It is paid, it is updated, i have reset it, and it has been restarted what can i do?

Sync up drive not reporting trips

I recently installed a sync up drive in my car, and am having the following issues:1. It stopped reporting trip data shortly after the first couple days.2. I get frequent disturbance notifications especially when I'm driving the car.3. The GPS location for where the car is parked is frequently off by several blocks. It seems to report a traffic light, or intersection stop some distance away from where the car is actually parked.4. Hotspot seems to be working ok.Contacted tech support which reset the device remotely. Worked for a day or so, and then the above issues reappeared. The only way I can get it to work properly is to unplug, and replug the device after several minutes before I start the car. It then works for a few hours, and then the issues reappear.Is this a buggy device? What's the fix?Thank you!

LG G7 CHARGING PORT MOSITURE

11.8.18I AM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY LG G7.  KEEPS SHOWING THE MESSAGE CHARGING PORT BLOCKED MOISTURE/DEBRIS DECTECTED.  THERE IS NO MOISTURE OR DEBRIS IN THE PORT.  WHATS GOING ON?I HAVE READ THAT THE V30 IS ALSO HAVING THIS PROBLEM.THIS PHONE IS ONLY 5 MONTHS OLD

Android Native Visual Voicemail Trouble

I'm using a Pixel2XL on T-Mobile and the native Visual Voicemail (built into the Google Phone app) will not activate. The VM tab does show, and I have the option checked in the menu settings for the Phone app. I continue to get the messages "Visual Voicemail Activating" and "Can't activate Visual Voicemail". I have VVM on my plan via the ONE Plus add-on.I have removed the T-Mobile VVM app as I know that it will deactivate the native VVM. I have reset network settings, restarted the phone, and spoken with both T-Mobile and Google. I have yet to be given a reason this is not working. (Note: brought the phone over from Verizon but it's unlocked - all other data and voice functionality is good)

Setting up multiple Sync Up Drive Wi-Fi's for a business?

Hello,I know someone who is trying to setup multiple SyncUp Drive's (8 of them) for the hotspot, but only want to use their 1 cell phone to set them all up.When they setup the 1st sync up drive from their phone and work on the 2nd one, it says this number has already been registered.How can they setup all 8 device hotspots on sync up drive from her 1 phone?

Disable no voice/data service notifications

I have an LG v20 phone for which T Mobile recently pushed out Android Oreo. At work, I get spotty reception. With the update, I get constant notifications that there is no voice/data service. I have WiFi at work and have enabled Wi-Fi calling, so these notifications are useless. But there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to turn them off. The best I can do is snooze them for 2 hours. 4 or 5 times a day, I have to do this, and it is very annoying. If I don't snooze them, then spotty reception means I will get a notification every few minutes all day. How do you get rid of these notifications?

4G LTE Cellspot Issues

I cannot find any information on the error lights that are currently present on my 4G LTE Cellspot. The troubleshoot guide has no option for the following error lights:POWER: solid greenINTERNET: solid greenSTATUS: flashing orange GPS: solid green3G/4G: solid green4G LTE: offI have tried rebooting the cellspot twice but I am still receiving the same error lights. Currently only have 1 bar of service and it is very weak. Anyone have any solutions to this problem?

Changing mind about new phone.

If I were to change my mind about a newly purchased device, could I return it to the store and swap it for a cheaper phone with store credit?  I know T-mobile will refund you but I've read it takes up to 3 billing cycles. Is it possible to avoid that hassle by simply switching to a different device?

Galaxy Watch LTE duplicate messages

As the title says I am getting duplicate messages to my galaxy watch. When im connected to bluetooth everything works fine, texts sync properly when read on one device. However whenever i disconnect from my phone and switch to LTE i get every text ever all pver again. Literally 1000's. You would think the solution would be to leave lte on all the time? Wrong. When i leave lte on all the time then my watch and phone dont sync! If i read the text on my watch it wont update ththe phone anand vice versa. The point of the watch is to be able for the phone and watch to sync AND to leave your phone behind. Ive read dozens of users experienceing the same problem whats the fix tmoble? Ps this isnt an issue with the apple watch lte

Call/Text Forwarding to Galaxy Watch (from Sprint)

I have the Galaxy watch, and I finally got it activated (T-mobile reps didn't tell me I'd need a T-Mobile phone) by borrowing a friends phone to activate the LTE and phone number.  Now with that out of the way, how do I set up call forwarding to the watch from my phone? Is there a way to do it with DIGITS? I was told the galaxy wearables app had a setting for it, but it seems it was deleted for the Galaxy Watch (the S3 had the option).Any help is appreciated. Jeff

My phone (honor 9 lite) keeps saying no service to t-mobile sim card

I recently bought a new phone while on vacation outside the us and when i came back i put in the t-mobile sim and it says no service. I've tried most of the youtube solutions and none of them are working. The plan i am using is Unlimited LTE but it keeps saying no service on the top right of my phone.  Please advise

Galaxy s8+ crackling speakers??

My S8+ recently started making a loud crackling noise. I didn't drop it or get it wet. I know it isn't a hardware issue, because I can open certain apps and hear the crackling even when the volume is all the way down. It mainly happens with videos on Facebook or videos on Snapchat. I've tried the speaker cleaners on youtube, but those didn't work. Also, I just installed the latest software updates and all my apps are up to date. Any ideas?

Accessing my HotSpot account from web

I got HotSpot and it's working as it's supposed to.Now I want to access my hotsport account online, and when I'm trying creating an account for my hotsport- T-Mobile website says it sent me verification text on my hotspot number (funny, right?). Then I said ok, maybe I don't understand something - and I went to T-Mobile shop to get explanation on how it works. And they said- yeah, you're supposed to get the text. Just take out that SIM card and put it in any phone device and you'll get the text (stupid, isn't it?). I did it, and obviously my phone device didn't receive any verification texts.T-Mobile, can you prove to me you are the best? What kind of service is it???

Calls go straight to voicemail - phone doesn't ring (Samsung S6 on Nougat)

About 2 1/2 weeks ago, I started missing calls because my phone wasn't ringing and calls went straight to voicemail. For some of the calls that come in (including Telemarketers unfortunately), I hear the ringtone while others go straight to voicemail. A work colleague has called me and a few times the phone rang and the rest of the time his calls went to voicemail. It appears to be completely random and not associated with certain numbers, people in my contact list or calls during certain times of the day.I've had my phone for about 9-10 months and although I had other notification issues with it (which I eventually solved), I always heard a ring tone when a call was coming in up until about 2-3 weeks ago.I've checked all my settings and did some troubleshooting of my own1. Volume for all notifications is turned up (Do not disturb is OFF)2. I don't have any calls blocked3. I don't have call forwarding (in fact, that option doesn't even appear on my phone in the settings menu! What's up

Clear DTC Codes/Check Engine light thru SyncUp

Is it possible to reset the Check Engine light on the car thru the SyncUp device ?   I have fixed the problem and need to clear the codes to make sure they dont come back. If so, how do I do it ?

IMS service has stopped on Galaxy J7

My Galaxy J7 is giving me this message every couple of minutes, lagging, failing to send messages, etc. I wiped the cache partition, deleted most of my text messages, rebooted in safe mode (didn't fix it), recharging to 100$, updating all my apps, confirming that my phone software is up to date, and visiting the local T-Mobile store where it was suggested that I might want to get a new phone because this one might have a virus. Which I don't believe. I think the next step is a factory re-set, but would I lose anything important by doing that? Any other suggestions?

Service Access Denied
