Support Needed

My messages are not sending and I keep getting a message failure. I don’t use Instragram very often and I don’t want to talk to a tech support chat through social media. Is there a chat function through T-Mobile that I can just have someone troubleshoot to find out why my messages continue to fail? My iMessages are failing, my regular text messages are failing, I have plenty of data, I’m on WiFi, and I do not have an open balance. I’m at work, so logging into FB or anything else or standing and texting is really not an option. I am already aggravated by the fact that there is no chat feature directly through this acursed website, and would love for some assistance. Is there a support person who can help?

different notifications sounds

After the last update I can not receive any videos on Facebook. When I click on the video it says the page is no longer available. I have even sent a video from my wife's phone and says the same thing. But if I sent the video right back to her she can see the video. Also with the latest update I can no longer change my notifications sounds. Has anyone else had the same issues and if so how did you fix them. It is on a S23 Ultra.

How will I know if there will be an iPhone 15 Pro in Blue Titanium with 256GB between the 1st and 30th of September when I trade in my Samsung S20 FE? Should I just keep track online through T-Mobile or go in person from time to time? I am new to trading in my phones.

How can I get referral credit for a friend I referred who didn’t use the link I sent him? I called T-Mobile customer service and she recommended that I resend the link to my friend. When I did, my friend said it was only for new accounts.

New Syncup&Drive doesnt have correct info

I’ve had 3 sync up and drive legacy. I inherited my mom’s 2020 Buick Encore and ordered another but it’s the new version that doesn’t link with my old ones. It doesn’t have the correct speed limits either I keep getting notifications of speed excess, our speed on highway is 70-75 mph depending on county. I can’t find where to change it. It also is missing several routes that I personally drove missing that are on my insurance app.

Samsung Watch Ultra locking up. Help please?

My watch out of the box will completely lock up and become unresponsive. I will have to hit and hold the "home" button and it will restart. I cannot use tap, tilt, or a button press to wake it up it has to restart. This happens every 5 - 10 minutes with or without the AOD on. When it is unresponsive it also will not charge and it will still drain the battery so it is actually on. I've factory reset the watch twice and it still has the same problem. No apps installed besides the pre-installed ones, no extra watch faces either. It does it with the watch disconnected for the phone, too. And with the radios turned off as well.

Block Text Messages - Quick Question

Hello, I have had the same problem happen with 2 unrelated accounts while traveling. I enter a new contact and messaging just fine. After a few days, the messages (on their end) say that I have blocked them and they can no longer respond to my messages. I have checked my phone and their phone to make sure no one inadvertently blocked them with no luck. Has anyone run into this and does anyone have a suggestion on what may be happening. I don’t know the type of phone their using but I can find out if someone thinks that is helpful. Thank you for letting me know if you have a solution.

Dropping a BYOD tablet

I am a fairly new T-Mobile customer, and I let my BYOD iPad take a dip in the tub. 😑 It was 100% paid in full before becoming a customer. Can I just cancel the line, or would I be penalized? I don’t really need to have a tablet line anymore, so it would save me a few extra bucks on my bill. I do plan on keeping all of my phone lines active. I just wanna ditch the water logged iPad without customer service trying to sell me a new one. 🤔 I will call customer service eventually, just wanted some intel from the general public. Thanks 😊

They sent me the older generation and I paid for the newer gen

They sent my son the wrong phone generation and it was for his birthday. they charged me $121 fora down payment and are crediting me $100. Then they said they are emailing me a return label and has not arrived. Regretting my decision
