Messenger app stopped working on LG phone

My text messaging stopped working, it shows nothing and says the app keeps stopping. I’m on hold for 2 hours with customer care waiting for a live person.

Galaxy S8 apps crashing - Android Webview problem but can't revert to prior version

My wife’s Galaxy S8 all of a sudden starting having apps crash. I searched the Internet and there is some information about a known issue with Android Webview. The instructions say to revert to the prior version but there is no option to do this on her phone. It is showing Android Webview is currently disabled. Any thoughts on how to remedy to stop the apps from crashing? Thanks.

RCS Universal Profile Issues

I recently tried google messages and i did not like it, i reverted back to samsung messages stock app and i can no longer get messages from samsung phone on t mobile network. It seems to be an RCS messaging issue please help i have swapped out sim and swapped out phone with a warranty and it still is not working.

Mobile Hotspot and Cisco VPN

Hello Everyone- I can no longer connect to my corporate network from my laptop using my Galaxy S5 HotSpot and Cisco Anyconnect VPN. It used to work perfectly but not any more. I changed the APN settings to use IPv4 only and also IPv4/IPv6. Still not working. My laptop VPN works as expected using WiFi and Ethernet. Also I can browse the internet as expected using the HotSpot without the VPN. Phone is completely stock. Android 6.01. Cisco Anyconnect version 3.1. Laptop running W7 x64. Totally at a loss here. If i can't get this going I will be forced to change carriers. Anyone have any suggestions?

I just purchased the LG V10. I want to use the wi-fi calling feature but it won't connect to my home network. I get a REG99 "Unable to connect" error message. It connects to other networks outside of my residence. Any suggestions?

Change Voicemail Provider on Samsung Galaxy S8

How can I change my voicemail provider from T-Mobile to a voicemail provider of my choice? I want to call my voicemail provider when I dial '1' or hit the voicemail button and NOT my T-Mobile Voicemail. I have my phone set up to forward new calls to the voicemail provider I wish to use. Thanks!

Android Native Visual Voicemail Trouble

I'm using a Pixel2XL on T-Mobile and the native Visual Voicemail (built into the Google Phone app) will not activate. The VM tab does show, and I have the option checked in the menu settings for the Phone app. I continue to get the messages "Visual Voicemail Activating" and "Can't activate Visual Voicemail". I have VVM on my plan via the ONE Plus add-on.I have removed the T-Mobile VVM app as I know that it will deactivate the native VVM. I have reset network settings, restarted the phone, and spoken with both T-Mobile and Google. I have yet to be given a reason this is not working. (Note: brought the phone over from Verizon but it's unlocked - all other data and voice functionality is good)

Home Internet - Port Forwarding not working

I received and configured my LTE Gateway, TM-RTL0102 about a week ago. It works almost perfectly. Speeds are solid, both up and down. Only problem is that port forwarding isn't working. I've got the virtual servers configured on the Gateway for my home security cameras and RDP to my office computer, but neither is working. Is this a feature that's not available yet? If not, I might have to hold up on using the service as it's definitely something I'd like to have working, especially the security cameras.

apple watch series 6 no data on cellular

I have been having serious issues with Apple Watch cellular plan on T-Mobile. When my phone is on cellular, Even if I have 3 or 4 bars of reception, doesn’t matter, I cannot do anything that needs data. It just says, no internet connection. In cellular under settings it shows plan as T-Mobile, status: no connection. Interestingly, I can make calls on my watch over cellular, but no data connection. I have had discussions with different T-mobile reps, including senior technical support assistants, but no solution so far. I also talked to Apple support, they run a remote diagnostics on my watch, and I was told that nothing was wrong. I tried unpairing, deleting the watch and pairing again, removing the cellular plan and adding again, doing a network reset on my iPhone, unpairing and pairing back the DIGITS number associated with my Apple Watch. None of these worked. I can occasionally get data connection when I move far away from my neighborhood with my watch, leaving my phone home, but t

Hello,I received this unsolicited text message from sender "747-4."Thanks for adding JUMP! w/PDP featuring AppleCare Services to your T-Mobile device! Download your Welcome Kit now to get started! tmopdp.co/mydocs! The end of the URL was followed by a 7 character phrase.I never added JUMP! as the text message implies. If it's on my iphone then I've not yet figured out how to remove it. I performed a "block this caller." on the sender, 747-4.The website belongs to Assurant, but bears the T-Mobile logo in the upper right side. I did not download their so-called "Welcome Kit," whereby all indications are that there's a high probability that it's nefarious malware. There is no indication that Assurant is acting as an agent of T-Mobile or Deutche Telecom.May I submit that Deutches Telecom pursue aggressive legal action against Assurant? May I suggest that T-Mobile publish a warning to subscribers?Thank you.

Sim Card Number will not go away

I just got a SIM card for Tmobile and ported my number over from Verizon. When I inserted the SIM number it came with its own phone number. I was told that the number is not in service and my phone number was ported in. I selected my phone number in my profile, however, the SIM phone number still shows up on my profile and in the phone's settings. I cannot delete or remove this number. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+. Does anyone know of any work arounds or how to delete the number? Does it go away after a certain amount of time?

VPN throttled on LTE wireless

Using 5G, hard wired or wireless getting when connecting with VPN to work. Used AnyConnect and Fortinet VPN solutions. The throttling does not happen with my other ISP. Why Is T mobile throttling the 5G connection when using VPN?

WHEN WILL TMOBILE UPDATE THEIR SETTINGS SO I CAN BE ON THE PHONE FOR MORE THAN 4 HOURS???

AT&T , Verizon etc .. actually know what "unlimited calls nd text are" this 4 hour limit is very "Limited". I just would like to know when a change is going to be made. It's annoying to be talking on the phone and have it hang up after 4 hourrs, and having to constantly call back. i understand when this was first implemented it was to prevent "ghost calls" but it's annoying and shouldnt be that hard to fix. Or that big of a problem smh. And i already know responses such as "not that many people talk on the phone for more than 4 hours " or "just hang up and call again" but ... it is very inconvenient .i Just feel like if its unlimited It should be, and i pay my bill every month like everyone else, so even if everyone doesnt talk on the phone for more than 4 hours. For us customers that do, i think there should be an option, cus i mean they literally update everything else. So Why not this??‌

Call/Text Forwarding to Galaxy Watch (from Sprint)

I have the Galaxy watch, and I finally got it activated (T-mobile reps didn't tell me I'd need a T-Mobile phone) by borrowing a friends phone to activate the LTE and phone number. Now with that out of the way, how do I set up call forwarding to the watch from my phone? Is there a way to do it with DIGITS? I was told the galaxy wearables app had a setting for it, but it seems it was deleted for the Galaxy Watch (the S3 had the option).Any help is appreciated. Jeff

Hello,I know someone who is trying to setup multiple SyncUp Drive's (8 of them) for the hotspot, but only want to use their 1 cell phone to set them all up.When they setup the 1st sync up drive from their phone and work on the 2nd one, it says this number has already been registered.How can they setup all 8 device hotspots on sync up drive from her 1 phone?

Receiving my own text messages

I have a Samsung Galaxy s6. When I am only texting sms it works fine. When I send and receive a message with images in it, and then reply to that message, I am sent my own text message in a new group text that consists of me and the recipient. Is this a phone issue or a carrier issue?
