paid almost $1000.00 for a one plus 9 (unlocked, in good standiings purchased phone thru T-Mobile Paid off) was locked out due to sim swap scam …..did a hard reset and still can’t get into my own phone per google asking for the information entered while phone was compromised …. please help

How to connect a 2.4 G device to 5G gateway?

Recently I set-up a T-Mobile 5G Home Internet and am discovering that not all my devices can connect. My Wopet cat feeder will not connect to 5G, it says it can only connect to 2.4G. How can I get the 5G Gateway to have 2.4G and connect my feeder?

Hi! My daughter is now in middle school and doesn't have a phone. She has the Tmobile kids smartwatch, but wants to play games/watch videos while on the bus (45 min drive). What's the best phone where I can monitor her from my phone? I love the GPS feature the watch has (let's me track the bus if I'm running late) and I want parental settings so no TikTok nonsense.

My Dad has committed fraud.

So what am I supposed to do when my own father tries to impersonate me, has all of my information obviously knows what type of phone I have and since he thinks he knows mostly everything that I’ve done up until now he can literally verify every single bit of information that they ask him. LINARD Allen Hills JR has stolen $50,000 from me for him. He has cash my checks illegally and he has done all kinds of stuff yet the authorities refused to prosecute him because he filed bankruptcy so many times and because I have a domestic violence charge against him for being pissed off one day and finally having enough and assaulting him not saying that’s right that is wrong because he is my dad, what do you do when T-Mobile as well as others continues to cater to his will and he knows the IMEI numbers for all of my phones maybe even this one that I have now the Revel pro six and he knows most of different addresses all my personal information majority of them? So I bought an iPhone 13 from T-Mobile, right? Well, I need to cancel it because I thought I’d be able to pay the monthly bill but I can’t.  I haven’t gotten my phone yet tho. When I get my phone, can I cancel T-Mobile and then get it (the phone) onto my parents AT&T plan?

how to switch my current phone number to a new Tmobile iphone I just bought

My current phone with tmobile is an iphone 6s and it is broken, it smashed into pieces… so I bought a Refurbished Tmobile iphone 8 plus and dont know how to switch all of the info in my old phone into my new phone… I also want to keep my number, but dont know how to switch it to my new phone.  I did put the SIM card from my old iphone into my new iphone, but that didnt do anything.  please help

I spent several hours waiting for an “expert” only to be told my watch can’t be added to my plan with a standalone watch. After at least 30 minutes of trying, your expert claimed that my watch was locked or could not be added as a standalone. This can’t be right. It is a brand new series 6 GPS + cellular. What is going on?

Why am I receiving texts from the future?

I'm recieving Texts with a Future Time Stamp. Last night/Morning at 1:28 am I received texts from 2 different people that were replys from a text I sent them over 2 weeks ago.  The texts I recieved are stamped with todays date but the time is stamped for hours later.  These texts caused a panic last night when my recently brokenhearted Brother's text only said "Blew up" Thank goodness my level headed Husband open the text conversation. Can anyone tell me what I can do or check so that doesn't happen again?P.S. I live in Oregon. the time is currently 9:00 am on April 22nd and I have a Sprint Galaxy Note 9

So the Android 11 update was released by OnePlus a couple weeks ago now… When will the T-Mobile version of this phone get the update? It’s kind of disappointing constantly dealing with delays with updates for this phone.

text messages show up as needing to be downloaded

I have the moto 5g ace. When I receive group text messages I have to click on download for every single text message. I was at a T-Mobile store today and text support looked at my phone and said all settings are correct, it's just the way group text messages are received. Is this accurate?

is there a way to disable the subject:nosubject header for MMS on galaxy flip3?

In my MMS group chat i keep getting an annoying header directly above every received message. Some others in the past were able to fix this issue with removing the  Google hangouts app, but seeing as that app doesn’t exist anymore, is there a solution here?

network anomaly

Hello. I have a Samsung galaxy S20 ultra and it keeps saying "network anomaly". I have reset my network connections. My McAfee has been ran and swept for viruses or breaches.  Is there anything I can do or should I just head up to tmobile??My phone also doesn't get calls all the time. My texts will ALL come through 3hrs later at one time like a text bomb. Thanks for your time.

Predictive Text on LG V60 5G phones

I just got a new v60 device. The settings for turning on predictive text are NOT easy to find. I have solved the problem. Here’s how to do it. step by step.1- on the home screen, tap settings (gear icon)2- scroll to the bottom, tap “system”3- look for and tap Language & keyboard4- tap Manage keyboards5- Make sure LG keyboard is turned on. if not, turn it on by sliding switch to the right.6- once LG keyboard is on, tap it7- look for additional settings towards bottom of the page. tap on this8- make sure Word suggestions is on. if not, turn it on. then tap on it DONE!!!NOTE: This will work on both the dual screen and single screen models. Not sure if it is the same process on other LG phones. Good Luck everyone.
