Problem answering calls.

Recently purchased a S23 Ultra from Samsung. Popped in the SIM card from the old phone and all seemed well. Noticed that when answering calls, it takes 3 to 5 seconds to connect (or to be able to hear the other person). So, I am sitting there saying “Hello” for a few seconds every time I answer a call. If I initiate the call, it’s fine, only experiencing when answering a call. I got a new SIM card from TMobile and did a factory reset but the problem persists. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem.

How to stop using wikiepdia for dictionary

I used to have the webster dictionary in my t-mobile revvl 5g. after having trouble with my phone, that dictionary is gone and I’m forced to use wikiepdia as my default dictionary. I have tried several ways to re-activate my webster dictionary but nothing works. The webster dictionary works on my phone as a standalone app. Thank you

"No SIM card" error on Pixel 5a

My Pixel 5a stopped being able to read the sim card. Tech support sent me a new one and it worked for a week or so and then stopped. I’ve tried changing the settings using *#*#4636#*#* based on some posts I’ve seen but I don’t really know what I’m doing. Tech support provided an esim but that didn’t work either. They want me to factory reset but that’s off the table because I can’t lose the data in my texts (and I have never seen a reliable way to backup/restore SMS/MMS for Android). Any thoughts? Super appreciate any help!

Still don't my account active

I spent 17 hours on the phone to start service.Finally got everything don around 10:30pm Wed.My phone sat on T-Mobiles dock until last night, I just want to pick it up at the store. ID was stolen so they won’t give it to me. Have a DMV Appt for net Thursday. Doesn’t help today. Any way around this?

I am wondering why I was told that I didn’t get my benefits (prepaid Mastercard) when I switched over to T-Mobile and purchased two new IPhones at Costco, because I tried to submit my promotion code too early? So now I’v lost out on $600. Is there anyone that knows how to remedy this?

Problem with OPPO phone in USA

I have a dual-sim OPPO FInd phone, and I have a USA SIM card with T-Mobile. For the last couple of years I've traveled back and forth to the UK, switching between US and UK sim cards with no trouble. On my most recent trip to the UK, when I returned this week to the USA, I'm unable to make outgoing calls with my USA SIM card. I've tried all of the suggestions on your web page, plus things I've found using Google. No luck. I still can't make outgoing calls.

Problem with I 14 phone and Vonage

I have the T Mobile 5G wifi box and a land line through Vonage…If I call the Vonage number at home from my I Phone, the cell phone doesn’t register that the land line is ringing although the home base unit is ringing through the Vonage line. If I call I phone to I phone, my cell phone screen registers that the other phone is ringing…frustrated…and ideas

2 Phones w Physical Sim Cards? ESim

Lost IPhone 11 but found it after I did a trade in for Motorola 2022 so now there are 2 physical SIM cards but one is fully activated for Motorola and one semi working for my IPhone but both have the same number? I would like to have iPhone set up for esim and erase/reuse the iPhone original physical SIM card and don't touch/keep my number and physical SIM card the same for my Motorola? note: iPhone no longer can text normally or set up wifi-calling and fully paid off but I wanted a safer 2nd new phone number unrelated/incomnected to my Motorola and current phone number

6 months into the pandemic my employer left me a threatening message I would like to recover if possible. The state has denied my unemployment status and is demanding I pay back over $24,000! I would like to use the voicemail to show I was threatened. Any ideas? Or is the voicemail forever gone?

Software update on S20 FE overnight, now Galaxy Watch 4 stuck in boot loop

A T-Mobile software update installed overnight and this morning my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, which always makes it through the night into the next morning, is completely depleted, stuck in a boot loop, and unable to even draw a charge.I've already performed a soft reset and reboot the device multiple times to no avail, it's been on my charger for the last hour but isn't able to build or hold a charge and keeps boot cycling. Everything was working perfectly fine until the software update overnight, don't think it's a coincidence.

How to correct location services

I switched to T-mobile 2-3 months ago and since then I occasionally search for a restaurant or a chain store near me and it will come up with results near to Philadelphia, PA when I live in Pittsburgh, PA. I have tried changing my location settings everywhere I can think of but the it will pop up like that again. i tried calling tech support two nights ago and finally was told by tech support that he did not know and that I should try doing a YouTube search for a solution. Today while searching for a Home Depot near my home Philadelphia sites popped up again and when I did a Right-Click on the line it came up and said: “Your general area is estimated from your I address. An IP address is assigned to your device by your internet service provider and it is required to connect to websites and online services”. The useless tech support guy the other night did tell me I should go into the store for help, which I did yesterday - unfortunately, she was even less help than he had been as

Tmobile Revvl 6 Pro 5G loses cellular connection after November OS update

I purchased the Revvl 6 Pro 5G a few months ago, and everything for the most part has been working great until the last few weeks after taking the recent November 2022 security update. Ever since that update my phone will randomly drop all cellular service (it shows signal, but no data, no speed, just full bars. No 5G, 5GUW, 4GLTE, etc) This also means I lose all data and voice service during this time. I cannot place calls, cannot send or get SMS or MMS messages.when I reboot my phone, I’ll get service back for 10 minutes or so and then it drops again, After a few reboots it’ll come back for a few days, but then randomly, service is gone again.I’ve tried a factory reset of my device and setting it back up from my Google account backups, but that still doesn’t seem to help.I have a brand new SIM card that was installed the same day I purchased the device, so I doubt my SIM is failing.Is there any menus I can access that have diagnostic features? has anyone else encountered this? school mode not responding

I just started 2 watches yesterday.. and I cannot put them into school mode. I set up an automatic schedule and it’s not activated. I also manual tried to turn it on and it says “connecting to watch.. still connecting.. not responding.” I need these modes working so I can have them use them when school starts next week!
