I am not getting text messages from Chipotle anymore. I was getting them back in September but now they stopped. I contacted Chipotle and they said everything is good on their end - to have my provider enable the short codes. So, how do I enable the short codes?
For any site I visit (desktop or mobile version) that has a 2-step authentication and sends out a text message with an access code, I don't receive that message on my phone. I do receive texts from other cell phone numbers. And I can see the messages on both the standard message app that comes on the Samsung, and the Google app that I mostly use for texts.
Hi there, I have an T-mobile iPhone which is completely off EIP plan, I requested an unlock on Friday, the rep said she is processing the unlock and it should take 24 hrs, but now it's almost 2 days, my iPhone is still locked, how long on earth will the unlock usually take.

I'm having the same issue. I am texting a simple code and its keeps giving me this message. I need it for a volunteer organization that I am working with. I've tried several times to permanently unlock my phone with the app. I paid for it fully before I left the store. I've tried different towers, WiFi hotspots, towns, and times. Every time I get "Server not responding." I called customer support and they said they would email an unlock code in a day or so. Then I get the email... This device can't be unlocked with a code, use the device unlock app on your phone.
So I bought a new samsung a71 5g from the tmobile store almost 2 weeks ago. Love the phone overall but the signal is getting me under 3mbps download and maybe 5mbps upload speeds in places by old phone was pushing 30mbps. Also the wifi calls drop all the time and then data service goes in and out. Here is a photo showing full 4g bars at Ontario airport for example and there is no network connection. Is this a known issue for this model, is there a fix coming? I am about to return the phone to the store honestly.
I recently added T-Mobile’s Home Internet Service to my account. Being in a rural area at the end of a copper loop my DSL speeds are usually around 3MB, so jumped on this as soon as I saw it was available. The speeds are GREAT so far, averaging around 25mb/20mb and I’ve seen 50mb a few times!However, my needs require putting the modem into bridge mode so my router/home network is getting the public IP. Disappointed there’s no bridge mode with this device? T-Mobile, please upgrade the firmware to allow this! In the meantime I’m looking at the Netgear LB1120-100NAS 4G LTE Modem. Is anyone using this and know if this will work with this service? This device also supports an external antenna so I use an outside mounted antenna/repeater to get a better signal. Anyone trying this (or if T-Mobile can respond) whether this will work I’d appreciate it. Thank you
A while back, I was using a security/antivirus app provided free of charge by TMobile. To the best of my knowledge, it was available for installation/use on all my lines on my account.I've found references to Lookout Mobile Security, but that is not the software I'm referring to. If I recall correctly, it was either a McAfee product or a Symantec product. Any idea regarding what I'm referring to?Thank you for any help!
I received and configured my LTE Gateway, TM-RTL0102 about a week ago. It works almost perfectly. Speeds are solid, both up and down. Only problem is that port forwarding isn't working. I've got the virtual servers configured on the Gateway for my home security cameras and RDP to my office computer, but neither is working. Is this a feature that's not available yet? If not, I might have to hold up on using the service as it's definitely something I'd like to have working, especially the security cameras.
When I send a text message to a certain person my text messages show Sent as SMS via Server. I have not changed anything on my phone settings or message settings. It only happens with one person and no one else. How can I fix this or turn that off. I've turned off my sent, delivery and typing notifications. Anyone else having this issue? I have the Galaxy Note 20 and they have Google One, I believe.
This started on one family member’s V30 yesterday and another today.This affects more than one LG model.Obviously T-mobile has changed something in the network.See this thread here: I have tried safe-mode, Disabling mobile data. Etc, etc. including all suggested on the internet and above thread with no success.I would advise against making any changes until an official response is issued from someone with sufficient knowledge to understand what network-wide changes were made and explain how to correct the problem or how T-mobile intends to correct the problem.I worked this issue for more than 8 hours today!
