I bought a new REVVL 5G for an employee which after 2 weeks began to freeze. Only waiting 5-10 minutes or rebooting it fixes it for a time, 2-3 hours, then the problem starts again.He went back to the old Samsung because calling for help at T-mobile means waiting for hours and hours.
How can I return this phone that worked only 2 weeks in December 2021 ?
Customer support is getting worse and worse at t-mobile
