So, I bought a phone online on T-Mobile’s website, right? I don’t have an account with them, Im a new customer. Well, it took the money out of my bank account (normal, right? No big deal) but the order didn’t actually process correctly. So, I want my money back immediately. How do I get my money back?

I was trying to set up payment arrangement instead I ended up adding my bank account and sending all my money to T-Mobile. I talked to  a representative and I explain to them that I was trying to set up a payment arrangement and if possible can they give me back my money. The representative said they could send my money back 3 to 5 business days it’s past 3 to 5 business days and they still haven’t sent me back my money, so why did they tell you that if they’re not gonna return your money to you
