Bill Payment notification sent from obsolete email address


How do I correct Bill Payment notifications that are sent to an obsolete email address rather the email address I created the account with?

You're going to need to call Tmobile support or use messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you.

I have the same problem.  I’ve called three times about it and each time I’m reassured it’s fixed but then next month the same thing happens again!
