For the last 3 days, none of my devices have connectivity  to the internet.  The gateway shows that devices are connected. T-Life shows that no devices are connected. I have to do a hard reboot - take power cord out for 10 seconds, and then will finally get internet. 

Whatever is happening, is occurring early morning - around 4 am central time.

 

I had this same issue a few years ago and posted in this forum but I cannot find the resolution. The issue is definitely on TMobile’s end. Very frustrating. 

 

 

Hi, consider the disconnected status in the morning to be advantageous.  Consider restarting all networked devices daily, including your gateway/server, desktop PC’s, and mobile/cellular phones.
