Just wondering. We are starting a military move and have to stop in Florida for 5 months before moving to Phoenix. Can I take my T-Mobile router with me or do I need to return it and get a new one in Phoenix? I don't mind to continue paying for it if I can still use it in transit.

T-Mobile router: iffy in Florida. Might be slow/not work.
Options:
- Get temporary internet in Florida (cable/mobile hotspot).
- Call T-Mobile and ask about using router in Florida for 5 months.

You will need to reach out to Customer Care to let them know you are going to be taking it to Florida for 5 months and then to Phoenix. TMHI gateways are location locked so it will not work in transit. As long as T-Mobile have the service address, it will work at that address.
