@jackharr, welcome to the world of streaming. You will either need to subscribe to YouTube TV, download apps like Paramount+ and PeacockTV, and/or purchase a digital TV device like HDHomerun. This device uses an external antenna to collect channels and then plugs into your home network, allowing you to stream over-the-air channels.

T-Mobile does not provide any sort of TV service. Some T-Mobile wireless phone plans include a free subscription to services such as Netflix and Apple TV+. Both of these are primarily on-demand streaming services (with a very few live events). As far as I know, if T-Mobile Home Internet is the only T-Mobile service you have, there are no streaming perks.

If you completely cut all services with your former cable provider, there are lots of options to replace the TV part. Search online for “cable cord cutting.”
