I had two WiFi mesh units go bad(solid white light). Customer Service sent me two new ones. You.can only have three active at a time. I do not see a way to remove them in any of the apps on iPhone, Droid, the website and the old internet app. I suggested they disconnect my account and then reactivate it.

Agents do not have the ability to remove them from the call center. Does anyone know how to remove them from your.account?

I am on failed extender #3. When I returned #1 and picked up #2 in store they told  me #1 would drop off. It never did, nor did #2 when it failed. Now #3 failed and the same thing....no way to remove any. They have 2 more hours to manually delete from my account, per lengthy phone calls yesterday. They offered to send #4, but I had to explain how I wouldn't be able to activate it! Tech said next update we'd have ability to do so. I'll not find out as I ordered GFiber yesterday. I have had T-Mobile internet since June 18, and have spents HOURS on the phone with tech support because of these crappy mesh extenders.

Same thing happened to me with one mesh point. Spent an hour on the phone with tech support who could not figure out how to delete a mesh unit. I wish some T-mobile tech expert would read these comments, and reply with an answer to this frustrating problem.
