I had to create a new network since my printer decided it was no longer going to connect to the default one (even though nothing changed, it gave me a password incorrect when I tried to reconnect it). I even tried changing the password for the defiant network and still no luck. So, I set up a new network with the same settings as the original one. However, all but one of my devices will connect.I have a StarCraft Solo cutting machine that connects via wifi and to the computer via IP. I selected the IP as I did for the previous network (and even changed it) and it won’t assign it. It displays 0.0.0.0. When I switch it back to the original it’s fine. Any ideas? Thanks!
Is there any work around to resolving bad Tmobile internet connection and Tmobile data? Does anyone get SOS or E, instead of LTE or 5G with bars on their cell phones? When the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, brought in temporary Wi-Fi/Cellphone towers for Super Bowl LVI, we had the BEST internet and cell phone service ever. Thus it is fixable. However, in the meantime what are we supposed to do? Consistently we can’t make phone calls, FaceTime (although FaceTime Audio works better than regular cell phones calls, but can’t use this for android friends), Zoom meetings, send emails, do homework, and our jobs.We previously had Spectrum, the local cable company internet, which would slow down to snail speed at midnight. When Tmobile became available in our area, we got it immediately. It was better, then started to go downhill. I can give more examples like when there is a huge concert at the SoFi, like Bad Bunny, there is no bandwidth until the concert is over and concert goer
Had only small issues for the last 2 and a half months, now nothing is able to stay connected or get enough internet to work. Gateway is showing good connection with the same number of bars we've always had. Started yesterday, and is just as bad today. We're near Tuscon.
I have a T-Mobile TM-AC1900 router connected in “Wireless Router Mode” and can not figure how to get IPV6 working on it. Does anyone know if I set it to “Access Point Mode” if it will automatically connect to IPV6? I’m a bit gun shy of trying it because the last time I set it to AP mode I lost my entire Wireless configuration.
Is the USB port active on this device? Or even usable? On the whole, it appears the gateway is useless with everything hard coded (unable to change) on it.It is best to use the Ethernet connection on it to connect to any existing home router in order to restore the functionality of any existing network router (Netgear, et. al.)You will need to utilize teamviewer or any other remote control software to gain access to your network again.
Here’s what I’m trying to do. I had my tvision device connected to my primary tv. This tv had 2 hdmi ports and one port was connected to my main directv box, the other hdmi port was connected to the tvision. I ended up replacing this tv with a smart tv so I wanted to be able to stream on my bedroom tv. The bedroom tv is older and does not have any hdmi ports. The secondary directv box is connected to the tv with the red/yellow/white cables. I purchased an adapter that was hdmi jack on one end and had the red/yellow/white cables plus an s-video cable. The tv has an open s-video port and I thought the s-video port would allow the connection. No luck. I’ve tried numerous connections with different inputs. Will I be able to use the tvision device on this tv? How should I connect it?
I have a T Mobile voice plans with four lines with family. We are in several different home addresses. I recently ordered T mobile Home internet online for my apartment and wanted to order another for another location and whenever I try to there's an error that won’t let go pass confirming my order?? Am I not allowed to have internet at two different locations on one account??? Or is it just not letting me go through with the order for another reason??
My home internet on my TM 5G account does down for about 1 minute daily. This can be either at midnight to 2am and during the day. After the connection is lost, the modem uptime shows seconds after it comes back up. Can someone please provide help on this issue.
Great service and speeds for the beginning of membership, then unreliable connection and speeds become the norm? Seems like I read a lot of people have this experience with the home internet. I had this issue, and today switched back to the incumbent isp in my area. They have terrible customer service, but at least I get consistent mediocre speeds.
I didn’t realize this issue (see the Title) has not been solved for a while! I only have Home Internet User since 2023-03-15 with T Mobile and have not been able to create a T-MOBILE ID. I’ve had about 6 calls and 4 chats. Although the issue was not fixed, but the Customer Service was very nice! The internet speed has been excellent regarding download and surprisingly, the upload. The error was “Service unavailable” and still is when registering. I even used the SIM card belonged to the Gateway on mobile phone to register as some T Mobile had suggested, but no luck! I had to go back to the local T Mobile store to have an auto pay setup.
I didnt see my Tmobile internet name on network scan but I saw another tmobile name that was different but I verified it was my gateway. Why did it rename itself with a different password? I revised with the old password and changed the gateway name and we’re back to normal but can someone explained what happened?
Replaced AT&T with T-Mobile 5g internet. What a zoo! Replaced the 1st Nokia gateway with another because of dropouts of service. 2nd router is no better. I have had 7 "throttle backs" of service within 3 weeks. Service reps are nice but cannot solve the inherent problem of T-Mobile overselling their coverage with cell towers not able to keep up with demand and letting customers suffer the periodic frustration. I am waiting for fiber option from a more reliable carrier.
