Intel Evo Device Struggling with T-Mobile Hotspot Connection: Solutions?Hi everyone,I’m having some trouble with my intel evo laptop when trying to connect to my T-Mobile hotspot. It seems like the connection is either extremely slow or keeps dropping altogether. My hotspot is working fine with other devices, so I suspect the issue might be related to the laptop rather than the hotspot itself.Here are some specifics: Laptop Model: Yoga 950i 14• Operating System: Window 11•  Issue: Frequent disconnections and slow speeds when connected to the T-Mobile hotspot.•  Troubleshooting Steps Taken: Restarted both the laptop and the hotspot.Updated the laptop’s WiFi drivers. Reset network settings on the laptop. Checked for firmware updates for the hotspot.Has anyone else experienced similar issues with their Intel Evo https://www.lenovo.com/jp/ja/faqs/intel/intel-evo-platform/ devices and T-Mobile hotspots? Wireless connection slows boot time on windows 10.

I discovered this issue about 6 months ago. Accidentally, I unplugged the black T-Mobile wireless internet, and my pc booted within 7 seconds. Then, I powered the T-Mobile box back, and it was when I realized that something is happening. It took about 3-5 minutes to fully boot, and I experimented several times to see if I discovered the issue. So far, no luck. Anybody facing the same issue. I repeat, it only slows when I am connected to the T-Mobile WiFi.

Buffering on all devices

For the past couple of weeks my internet has started buffering on all my devises, TV, tablet and phone will not receive or send messages and emails.This seems to be a regular occurance beginning around 9:00pm every night, especially during or after a rain storm.I called tech support when it began to happen and they were very helpful in clearing up the problem for that particular incident, but it is still happening.I am in the Brooksville area of Florida.  Will this be an ongoing problem?  I have enjoyed my T-Mobile service and do not want to change carriers since I have been a customer since Nextel and Sprint.

purchasing a hog spot to add to a gateway line

I have the device to the left for $55 per month. I would like to know if I could purchase a hot spot that could hold the same phone number so the bill doesn't get higher? If so how far could I travel with that hot spot? Anywhere theirs tmóbile it will work?Apparently Im prevented from using the square picture box to upload the picture of the 2 devices side by side but I'm sure someone is English comprehensive enough to know what I am asking without a photo upload.  Does the sim from the gateway have to get inserted into a hot spot device to use when travelling away from the gateway tower? Is that duable? Can home internet get taken out of the home with a mobile hot spot?

I am having issues with only Netflix app with T-Mobile home internet. I tried calling tech support but could not reach them due to high volume of calls I believe. Anyone have any idea how to resolve?

Can't change voicemail message

I chose to use my name for voicemail. I thought it would say leave message for ‘Jane Doe’ but when I called it from a friends phone the voicemail just said ‘Jane Doe’. I then went in and recorded a custom msg saying ‘hi, this is Jane. please leave a message’. I selected that to answer. When I go in to play the current voicemail message that is what I hear. When I call again from a friends phone it just says ‘Jane Doe’. I can’t seem to change it.

Help! T-Mobile WiFi and Class Thingy Slow as Snails

Hey there,I'm treading in the tech waters, but it's more like a whirlpool right now. So, I'm using T-Mobile WiFi, and I'm also trying to manage my classroom with some software that's supposed to keep the kiddos on track. But here's the thing: everything is moving at the pace of a sloth on a lazy Sunday afternoon.I don't even know if I'm making sense, but let me try. The internet is like a sleepy turtle, and the classroom management software? Well, it's dragging its feet like it's got cement shoes on. Is it just me, or does anyone else feel like they're stuck in the slow-motion dimension?I'm thinking maybe the T-Mobile WiFi is causing the hold-up, but I'm not sure. Could it be that the WiFi needs some coffee to wake up, or is there something I need to fiddle with in the settings? And don't even get me started on the classroom software. Is there a magic button I'm missing to make everything speed up?Please, if you're a tech guru with a heart of gold, help a lost soul out. Explain it like

Local on channels on streaming services. Not all TVs impacted.

One of four TVs gets local channels through streaming service. All TVs are TCL Roku. I know it's an IP problem that has not been solved, but wondering why 1 TV wasn't impacted?

ports for hri200 wiresx modem and sag fast5688w gateway

Hello,            I'm trying to get my wires modem to work with the gateway. I have a wireless router that I have connected to the gateway by Ethernet cable.The computer is connected to the router. Basically a passthrough. I need 6 udpn ports open for the hri200. Is there a way to open the ports that I need opened? Would the wireless connection allow those ports to be opened?Wires x is somewhat similar to VoIP but uses c4fm and Internet

Dropped calls to CoxVOIP land phone

I have two T-Mobile phones. I can call my area code 405 Cox home phone from my 404 area code phone and it goes through okay.  However when I call from my area code 770 phone the call gets dropped after a few rings. Both cell phones are located in Oklahoma, area code 405. Cox has checked all equipment at home and everything works.  Calls to the house phone from other cell phones also work okay.  Di I have a problem with my phone or could it be a T-Mobile network issue?  Both phone are Android.

gateway stopped accessing certain websites

About a month ago, we lost the ability to reach most (not all) websites through the Nokia Gateway. Everything works fine through the phone hotspot. We are on our third gateway without resolution. Any ideas?  I’ve already spent close to 2 hours with tech support to no avail.

terrible will be posting on ALL social media platforms

Highly recommend no one shopping here again. We had an absolutely terrible experience where we were just lied to. They told us our phones would receive full trade in value …. 3-4 months later they decided never mind. Said one phone had “fine lines” and increased our phone plan. They didn’t tell us about fees. They lied about how much the total for the plan would be and now are trying to say there is nothing they can do. After 3/4 months our bill jumped about 70 dollars. We went to the one in Fayetteville. Worst decision ever. Idk if anyone else has dealt with this. How they handled it. What they did. Also if you are thinking about switching. I HIGHLY suggest not doing that, they will tell you any lie to get you to sign up and change things months after.

POOR MANAGEMENT

returned WIFI TO STORE. NOW YOU ARE TRYING TO BILL ME FOR IT. STORES HAS IT. YOU TELL ME THEY CAN NOT SEND IT BACK TO WAREHOUSE WITHOUT ME GOING BACK TO THE STORE. BULL . IT HAS A USP STICKER TO RETURN TO WAREHOUSE FOR FREE.MAKERS N O SENSE. YOU HAVE ITEM YOU THREATEN TO CHARGE ME,YOU ARE LOSING A GOOD CUSTOMER AND I WILL MAKE SURE YOU LOSE A LOT MORE.I HAVE RECEIPT SHOWING THEY  HAVE IT.

My iphone will not log into the home internet gateway using the app but my wife's phone will.

I could not log into the gateway with my iPhone.  I tried resetting the gateway password to the default, doing a factory reset and uninstalling and reinstalling the T-Mobile internet app but it would not take the default password on my iPhone.  I installed in on my wife’s phone and had no trouble logging in.

T-Mobile Tower Issues - Oregon, Wisconsin

We’ve been experiencing local T-Mobile connectivity issues for the past week.  Calling Customer Care isn’t an option because my phone can’t register on the darn network.  It’s pretty annoying that there isn’t a web-based or other form to submit to alert T-Mobile to check our local tower for capacity or performance issues.  So perhaps this will work!
