Good morning,

During my purchase of a phone in the United States and after bringing it to Colombia, I have found it very difficult to use because my phone is locked to other SIM cards. I would like to know how I can resolve this issue, as I have been unable to use it for more than four months.Thank you very much, and I look forward to your response.
