Hi -I have a S22 Ultra that I typically use and it connects/shows 5G UC coverage consistently. I was recently abroad and purchased a Dual SIM S22 Ultra and when I put my TMobile SIM in it, it only show 4G coverage. is this normal or is there something else I need to do with the international, unlocked S22 Ultra to connect at 5G? I already went into the new dual SIM phone / Mobile Networks / Network Mode and made sure it had 5G/LTE/ auto connect selected. Thank you for any help or guidance.
I purchased the international pass for 30 days. Does it automatically terminate and the charge drop off after the 30 days, or is there something I need to do to cancel it? I have returned from overseas and am done using it and would like to turn it off now. Thanks.
Hello, İ paid for international internet so that when İ travel to turkey i get free wifi but it didn't work at all. who can İ talk to to fix this or is there a solution? i cant download TMobile app since my playstore account is not made in USA also İ cant call the support number because it will be expensive
My wife and I will be traveling to ITALY for 6 weeks (two mobile phones). Are there any limitations for cellular data use when out of country for this period of time? Fine print on the website says “Not for extended international use”. What does this mean? 30 days? 60 days? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. arnea
International plan-good morning we got the 15 GB international plan for our trip to Europe. We have two lines on our account but the information for the international plan only shows up for one of the lines. Do you know if we had to purchase a separate $50.30 day international plan for each line on the phone? It did not say so we thought that would cover one account. Thank you for your help!
Have TMobile International Plan and looking to travel soon. Whats’ the best way to avoid unwanted calls whether Spam/Scam or Other?Getting conflicting answers from TMobile Rep via phone and Chat. Rep said as long as I don’t answer call even if it goes to Voice Mail, I won’t be charged. Chat Rep said as long as call is registered on network there will be a charge whether I answer or not. Don’t know who to believe!
Hello,I entered Mexico on 2/20/22 on vacation and received my “Welcome to Mexico” automated text message telling me that I have international data. My data worked fine up until mid-day 3/3/22 and it has not worked since (now 3/8/22). I am unable to figure out why this is and I have tried just about everything with the phone including activating a new SIM and putting the SIM into a different phone. Everything posted here on the forums and on Google has not helped as well. Can you please look into this for me and let me know if there is some block on my account or something else going on? I am traveling in Morocco. Before I left the US I checked to be sure I have free unlimited international data usage here on my Magenta plan. For the last three days, I have not been able to send or receive texts on my iPhone. The roaming label says Orange, which is a common carrier outside the US. I have had 3-5 bars the entire time, and I can’t even send on WiFi from the hotel. I have checked and rechecked Settings and have rebooted several times. Why is cellular data not working?
Hi, I’m in Europe and roaming not working. I wonder if having iPhone content & privacy restrictions on the iPhone is somehow preventing roaming from working. I get no data, nor any cell usage. the iPhone has roaming turned on, finds local network but doesn’t work. any other trouble shooting tips?
I have the ONE Plan Plus which provides 20GB of 5G mobile hotspot data and I have used all of it with 7 days left in my billing cycle. Today I bought a one time 15GB International Pass for $50 to get 15GB more but my hotspot remains slow. What are my options to get a 5G hotspot for the next 7 days?

I paid an extra monthly charge to get ONE Plus plan as it included 3G international service. In our first post-COVID trip abroad all we got was 2G unless we purchased an international pass. If you look at the services included with my plan it still says 3G international. Why do I have to purchase an international pass to get 3G service that is supposed to be included with my plan? I was never told of any changes to my plan.
We are away in Dubai and called tmobile to add a data pass for us to get unlimited phone calls and text messages while we're here. However whenever my husband and I try to text or make a phone call, the calls are dropped and the messages do not go through. Why doesn't T-Mobile have a chat system for us to communicate with them since our calls won't go through?!
I have a prepaid sim card that Im currently not using anymore (= no active plan). I am abroad (Germany) and still have that phone number connected to 2-factor-authentication system. However when trying to use the sim card I have no reception here. Is it because I have no active plan? If thats so what would be my cheapest option just to recieve 1 message? Thank you
Only reason I have tmobile is so that I can still use my phone when I’m in Europe. I’ve been dealing with their terrible rural service just for this reason. When I arrived in France, I received a text from tmobile saying I have 2g internet and texting free. It worked for the first 2 days then stopped. I finally called tmobile and they tell me my service is through other network operators and they have basically blacklisted me. I’ve tried every operator possible and no internet. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t advertise you have international data and texting when you don’t! I will be changing providers when the next phone deals hit.
