I am traveling to Punta Cana the Dominican Republic. I wanted to see if I will be able to use my phone there and will it cost extra?

pulled up DR just fine and it says yes..but it’ll also depend on what plan youre on as well..

for what its worth DR says yes but if i try doing Punta Cana it says no.
