If I have a plan with 6 cell numbers and one is going to Ireland for the next year. Can I freeze that line and they can use the iphone with an international sim card there?

T-Mobile does not allow seasonal suspend for a year. I believe it can only be for two 90 day periods per year. (Someone correct me here.) To use a local SIM the phone will have to be SIM-unlocked. T-Mobile requires phones they sell to be paid off and used on their system for 40 days before they will unlock them..
