Hi there! I have an international plan and my international plan just stopped working today. No service at all , even when back in a service area. Same thing happened to my mom who was on Verizon. Tried calling Tech Support but was on hold for more than 40 mins with no response . Any way anyone can assist ?

Same thing happened to both of our phones. Tech had no solution.

I called t-mobile today and they indicated a roaming outage.

Did they indicate which countries had a roaming outage or is it global. We lost service this afternoon and can only make calls/connect through wi-fi calling.

Been on hold for 60 minutes. Same problem.

Appears this is a global issue with all USA service providers.  Have found multiple searches of att and verizon same issue as well as meeting someone first hand on Verizon who has been out for 24hrs.

Same problem here on our 3 lines!!

@ABA - they indicated a global issue - reporting from Egypt.

No issues with my service currently roaming in Canada.

Same in France. I’ve had 0 bars of service as-of midday Thurs since Weds about 6 pm. On Reddit, seeing multiple threads about intl roaming outages across multiple carriers.  Some say they were told yesterday that it would be resolved within 24hrs but that sounds vague enough to mean “we don’t know yet”

Same here in Serbia - suddenly lost international roaming signal at around 6PM local time.

Same for us in Paris - no service today. We have iphones. We ended up buying a cheap Android with a European Sim card. Our iphones don’t take physical Sim cards and we could not figure out how to add an eSim - so if you have an Android with a sim card slot, just pick up a new sim card at a cell phone shop - only $20 - if in Paris, we went to The Phone Shop at Gare Montparnasse. Otherwise might be worth it to you to buy a cheap android and get the sim card - we dropped about $200 for an android and sim card but at least we are up and running….

No international roaming available for US customers (Verizon, ATT, TMo) due to a massive outage.

We are in France and have been without service for three days. Frustrating. After multiple stops at different cell providers, we ended up with an e - sim through Ubigi. So easy. And inexpensive. Working great.

Download the app. It walks you through it. Don’t need to be tech savvy. Just need to have an unlocked phone.

A data eSIM combined with Google Voice is a good backup plan.

Hey there. Just checking in to see if everything is working again.

It has been in a couple different countries for me.
