I am on a trip to Slovenia and almost a week ago I paid for the “International Pass” of 15GB. It took me about 45 minutes to buy the pass since connection is horrible. Even after buying the pass it hasn’t changed anything about my service and is still charging me $50. Any reason why I’m not getting the high speed data?

In some cases, the network you are connecting to just isn’t as fast as people would like.  More than likely though, it is the band your device is connecting to.  US and phones from North America in general use a lot of different bands for service than what the rest of the world uses.  One thing to try though, is to completely power off your device for at least 5 minutes.  This will allow it to completely refresh on the network, hopefully enabling your high speed data pass.

What @syaoran said plus see if you can manually switch carriers (roaming partners). Solvent seems to have several carriers. If one isn’t giving good service, try another.
