Hi, guys! I’m currently on a business trip out of the U.S.. Before the trip, I forgot to buy the international services from T-Mobile and now my sim card is completely out of services, which cannot receive text messages and make phone calls. Fortunately, I can still login to my T-mobile through web. But the problem is that there is not a international data pass option when I try to add on-demand passes. Do you know how to fix this? Or how can I receive the service aboard alternatively? Your help is greatly appreciated!!

 

BTW, the internet says I can use the app to buy the data pass. But my app is always showing the “We are not ready...” message.


I can’t receive any text messages. Does this happen normally?
