Still waiting for someone to pick up the phone… 1 hour and 11 min… when someone does.. they do not speak english, spanish only.. then they put me back into the queue.. 

Have you tried contacting them through live chat or using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter?


Chat will only talk to me before i sign up.. once i sign up they want nothing to do with me..
