Why does this pass not work well? I had this pass 6 months ago and it worked great. However, it seems unusable now. I even tried manually choosing the setar or digital networks and I still get extremely slow internet. Spent some time with tech support, did not fix issue.  Any ideas?

having some of the same issues in Anguilla. I can receive calls and make local calls here, but cannot call back to states. Cannot even call T mobile customer service numbers, or contact them any other way either. keep trying to log in but getting sent in circles over and over and over. They make it nearly impossible to fix our issues, can’t call them, can’t use their app or website, can’t contact them any other way. Think we’ll be dumping this shitshow and looking for a new provider when we get home

you can contact them through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..just make sure to contact them through direct message and not on their main page.
