Hi guys, I have some problems and they are as follows I just bought s20 ultra a few days ago to someone and things were fine but then you said you can do a factory reset to make it clean as new But then I notice that there is a problem, which is to turn off 5G, set LTE network as mandatory, and when going to select network mode, there is no other option but to meet me as mandatory. It doesn't let me press the selection, it just appears automatically, which means it's mandatory Then I went to update the search for UICC open Then it was found that it is a hidden suspicion and it is not acceptable to click on it as shown in the image below. Hope experienced reply as soon as possible.

The SIM sets the network options in some cases.  You can download Samsung Band Selection from the Google Play Store to help with this.  Select More Network Settings, select the SIM you want more options for, and then you should have options to select various options that weren't there before.  Change your Preferred Network Type to LTE.

This did not work out as expected

If you have Android 13 you just turn off Allow 5G services and it’ll For 2G/3G/LTE.  Turn off 2G services then you’ll be locked into 3G/LTE mode. Most carriers in the US don’t have 3G anymore so basically that’s LTE only mode.

Unfortunately, there is no option to choose 4g, 5g, lte, as the network pattern is not clickable and is semi-mandatory

Are you looking at the right area? Are you are Android 13? There is no longer a drop down menu select like before and are toggles now.

This is what it should look like if you have Android 13 installed which you should.

My s23 Ultra has those options greyed out for my T-Mobile SIM but the Samsung Band Selection app allows me to change the preferred network type to LTE.

It is easy to click on the selection of network content through your mobile phone, but my mobile does not accept clicking on mandatory. There is no selection to click
