Why isnt my tmobile internet back on yet?

I had autopay on but I guess it was only for a couple months? I paid my outstanding bill and it's been 5+ hours now and my gateway has not been reconnected.

Reset the gateway and now I can join the network.. this is ridiculous

are you just sitting there staring at it or did you do anything like restart it to see if it refreshes it?

I do not work for Tmobile and my suggestions and or opinions are my own**.~~~~ The site here is primarily peer to peer with some TMO moderation to keep the site in order..They do not have account access..The prefered method would be to contact TMO through either calling in (tier 1 support) or by contacting them through either Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support)**~~~~
