T-Mobile InFlight WiFi and Lufthansa...?

Recently flew LH airlines from Munich to Denver. The  InFlight WiFi is provided by T-Mobile and Deustche Telecom. A T-Mobile log-in page appears when  purchase plan options are selected and it asks for the User’s T-Mobile credentials. That information was entered (“User Name” & “Password”) but rejected as “Invalid Login Credentials.”  A conversation today with T-Mobile support in the US was totally unhelpful as the agent was clearly unfamiliar with agreements with airlines other than AA and DL. His suggestion was “Ask the Flight Attenedant for assistance…. “ !!. How can one determine what credentials the Lufthansa system is asking for to enable WiFi log on ?

International Roaming problem for Apple Watch eSIM

I have an Apple Watch Ultra 2 with T-Mobile eSIM on the international roaming service. My phone works fine on international roaming while travel to Singapore and China. While the watch never response, keeping showing loading with T-Mobile. Does anyone know the answer? Thanks

Availability of free data service in South America

I have been traveling internationally for a long time.  As a t-mobile user I have been enjoying free data services just about everywhere in Europe and Asia.  It is very convenient without having to buy local phone service.I am going to many coutries in South America soon and am wondering if the same services are available there.Another question is:  If I am in a country my welcome message says 25 cents per minute for voice calls, is it 25 cents per minutes for local calls only?  How much would it be if I call the U.S. from, say, Chile? 25 cents, also?

Holiday Phone Number

I came to the states for a family wedding for 3 weeks, The UK phone number is very expensive to use in the States so i Purchased an E-Sim to use while i was there, I keep getting E-mail from T-Mobile to top up, But I'm unable to get into my account as i have forgotten the password, and now I'm back in the UK the American Number will not accept Massages so I'm unable to reset the password can anybody Help !!!!

Turn On Data Roaming in Canada?

I’m new to T-Mobile and will be visiting Toronto soon. My family is on the Go5G 55 Plan and so have unlimited talk and text, and up to 10GB of high-speed data. Other than turning on Data Roaming on our iPhones, is there anything else we need to do? Thanks!

Syncup Drive

So I purchased the Syncup Drive a few days ago and I live near the border and I was told the device would work even if I went to Mexico. I didn’t tested it up until now my car doesn’t show up where I’m actually at, it got literally stuck on the U.S side. I’m honestly not satisfied about this because I regularly go to Mexico in my car. Is there anything I have to do on the settings or this thing doesn’t work at all outside of the U.S?

Confused re: when to turn roaming on

I have the One plan and have added on the 30 day international plan.  I was told to turn on Roaming and then once I turn on my phone in Italy, I can make calls/texts, etc.  When should I turn on roaming - at the the US airport before I actually leave for Italy and then turn on airport mode? OR turn on roaming once I arrive in Italy and after I turn on airport mode?  I’m so confused.

Using my phone in Mexico

Will I get charged to receive a call from Japan when I am at home is the US? My understanding is the person who calls will always get charged but will the receiver get charged when at home in US.

Device unlock

I bought during a holiday in the USA in March 2023 a Samsung mobile telephone (Galaxy A14 5G) with a T-Mobile SIM-card, valid about 1 month.Back in the Netherlands I put my local SIM card in the phone. It worked very well until July 2024. And then the following message appeared a few times:"”Network unlock will expire soonYour phone's network unlock will expire in x days.SIM cards from other service providers will no longer work."”I followed instructions I found on the Internet. Result:"”Unable to unlock your phoneYour phone is not suitable for unlocking.Reason code: 11"”Has anyone a suggestion how to overcome this? I started to use my old phone: not so happy with it.

europe cellular data service not working

I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 running latest version Android.  I was told by T Mobile that my US cellular plan provided free unlimited data and texting, but neither is working correctly in Europe.  They do work when on WiFi, but not when in cellular mode.  Phone says no Internet service, but time and date are correct, so phone must be communicating with the network.  Funny thing is my wife’s Apple iPhone is working under the same service plan without any issue.  I have verified that the Data Roaming switch is on/enabled under Connections > Mobile Networks.  What am I missing???  Thanks in advance for any help since I need data service on my trip in Europe!

Terrible Experience with T-Mobile - False Advertising and Hidden Charges

A couple of months ago, I received a call from T-Mobile customer service offering me a plan that was supposed to be equal to my existing one but with faster speeds. It sounded great, so I agreed to the change. However, after switching, I found out that I had lost my unlimited international calling when traveling—the main reason I switched to T-Mobile 7 years ago! This feels like nothing but false advertising. After nearly 2 hours on the phone with customer service and a manager, all they could say was “sorry, but that’s what you have now.” No grandfathered plans, no solution—just too bad, deal with it. The whole idea of T-Mobile calling customers with “new plans” is a scam. They lure you in, claiming it’s the same, and then hit you with hidden charges. Even when I offered to pay for international service, I was told it only works if you’re calling a landline! It’s 2024—who even uses landlines anymore? This is completely ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and don’t trust these peopl
