Back around May 7, 2022, hubby and I switched to T-Mobile...we were to receive a virtual mastercard of $200 per line...I have tracking numbers, etc. but mine for my number (received the text message back in May), however, I accidentally deleted it)...then hubby sent me his through text and I accidentally deleted that as well...I logged into my account and got the credit card information for his phone, but I cannot locate the one that I had...any help with this would be greatly appreciated.Sincerely,Michelle
I keep coming across lots of little annoyances that simply aren't worth my time to call into customer service for. It would be great if there was a webpage similar to Apple’s feedback page i.e. apple.com/feedback. Does such a thing exist for T-Mobile? If not, somebody should make it!

Help. In France on global plan. Agent who signed me up said from Europe, to call US I only need to dial the number as if in US. All calls fail. Have tried the + first and that with various combinations of country code. Please LMK how to make calls home. TYVM!
Why is Deutsche Telekom which is the parent company of T-Mobile so interested in tracking human health information?? this is straight out of a communist manifesto checklist. If I sign up and text-enable my business landline with Texty Pro, can I use my t-mobile phone to access this service? I stumbled on to this article on How to Text From a Landline Number in 2022 and it says that all I need is a mobile phone with an internet access to text using my landline number.
I have two accounts which are linked to my T-Mobile login: 1 postpaid with 3 lines and 2 prepaid. When I log in to my T-Mobile account (web or on the App), I have to choose which account I want to manage. On my T-Mobile app, when I select one of the prepaid accounts, it goes to another screen which asks me to Login! I think I asked this issue with a T-Mo prepaid representative and I believe he said that the App does NOT work for prepaid accounts! What the heck does the App bother to show the two prepaid accounts to select from if it does not work on those prepaid accounts? This is stupid app.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've been with them since 2010, and this obvious downplayed data breach puts the count at #5. The rub on this one, for me, is right out of the box (literally) the morning after, they already have their side of the story posted, every place you look online as if to say to it's affected/violated users, "hey folks, no worries, nothing to see here, we're on top of it, we've got you"!? But with that, no individual emails or sms notifications were sent to everyone hit by this attack on our data and privacy, and no update since their "opening statement"? What's it been like 3 weeks now since t-mobile's most-recent Allowed B & E (on our data & privacy) and the cat must've got their tongue or something, cuz they've been tight-lipped, and ain't sayin' shi# to us about money or legal recourse, or who to contact and how to submit a claim forms. Does this concern anyone else? My fiance' has been with AT&T longer than my t-mobile tour (almost 15 yrs.), and
