I received these survey questions earlier today at 3:43 PM because I had just set up a payment plan for my account. T-Mobile Free Msg: How did we do when you spoke with us on Oct 12? To opt out of the survey reply STOP. Survey information will be stored - t-mo.co/Privacy How likely are you to recommend T-Mobile to a friend, on a scale between 0-10 where 0 = Not at all Likely and 10 = Extremely Likely? It was from “1112” which is a number that I recognized from prior survey questions. I then received this message at 4:11 PM EMERGENCY ALERT: DO NOT respond to T-MOBILE, AT&T and Verizon SURVEYS. Message contains virus that may obtain your personal details that can be used in fraudulent activities. You may report any surveys that you received at www . usa . gov #3205829 advisory from Department of Homeland Security It was from (513) 399-8561 which is a number I don’t recognize. I’m not sure, but I believe the second one is the scam. Thoughts?

The codes they now give out are not good on all Redbox titles even though the app doesn't say so. Basically if the movie is popular the codes won't work to get it for free, confirmed with Redbox they claim it's new releases but it is only some movies in particular that they just don't want to offer with a free coupons when they can get money for them.

Hey all! Just wanted to jump in and see what you thought of the new look! Also let us know if anything isn't working right. Here's a couple things we know about and are working on: Badges for specific actions, like commenting a number of times, won't show until you do the action again. Points totals for previous contributions are not accurate. Not all badges are available, including the holiday badges.
I got an upgraded phone and put my old SIM in, but it only recognizes the card about half the time. I either get an invalid SIM error message or no SIM detected at all. The door is all the way shut, there is no carrier update pending, and restarting my phone only works sometimes. Do I have to link my new phone to my account somehow, or is this a hardware issue? The new phone is an iPhone 8. Thank you!

Hello,I would like to see an improvement in the Custer care being given by T Mobile representatives over the phone. Every time I call I am given conflicting information. An representative may tell me if you suspend your line you won't accumulate charges. Then when I get a bill another representative will tell me I was orginally misinformed. A small amount of above and beyond to find solutions. A large amount of representatives do not. Today I was on the phone with a supervisor Henry (employee number 12471686) and he continued to inform me that their was no way he could continue to accommodate me as the prior representative was because what she did was incorrect. He did not agree with the credit that the previous representative placed on the account. (She gave me a credit, restored my line, and was allowing an arrangement for the balance.) She siding realize I could not make the arrangemen myself online. So I called back. Henry didn't agree with her decision so he refused to try or give
I used to get regular security patches on my S9 with no problem. For the past few weeks, all I get is a spinning wheel followed by a "Can't connect to T-Mobile update service" message. T-Mobile phone help pushed me off to Samsung (even though I told them I have no difficulty connecting to Google's update servers for my Android apps). Samsung told me to go to one of their authorized repair shops for a complete "flash" restart. The repair shop did this (and it took me hours to get my phone back in working order), but the very next day I once again could not reach the T-Mobile update server. For now, I have no way of knowing if I will be able to download an update even if T-Mobile gets around to it.

In the last 4 days that I have signed in I have been asked 5 times to answer 2 security questions. WHY? I am in complete agreement with securing my account. Supposedly, the credit card I use at ADD FUNDS is always a one-time use. I HOPE my CC number hasn't been saved. Is this happening to other members?
With the corona virus disrupting lives of countless americans every day it's time telecoms step up and do away with data caps, data throttling and limits on texts and calls on ALL plans. People are going to have to be on their devices more than ever now with people working and doing school from home and people staying in contact with friends and loved ones in quarantine. A good gesture is to do away with the aforementioned restrictions. I know most plans are "unlimited" but a throttling over 50 gigs (or whatever limit depending on plan/carrier) is in fact a data cap/limitation. Are kids supposed to stay up til the wee hours to do school work so they are not doing it during times they would be throttled? Will families have to allocate time of day for members to be online as to not slow down speeds? Some of these things can't be helped (reception etc) but telecoms need to do their part here. As a T Mobile customer I'm looking to my telecom to step up and be the first. I ask all customers
Finally my wife and I both made the jump into buying our first brand new smartphones (before we always had used ones). In 2019 we got a Pixel 3a XL for the wife and then in 2020 I got a Pixel 4a. The plan was to take care of these for at least 3 years and then change them out for something else after they’re worn out or something else becomes a must-have.But we’ve come to the realization that there’s one feature that these phones don’t have and now we see as important… FM Radio. The valley where we live is fed by a single data cable that feeds all internet, all cellular towers and even all home phones across all service providers, not just T-Mobile. And during the past year this data line has been cut twice rendering our town out of communication for several days. Depending on where you’re at in the valley, it’s 60 to 100 miles over treacherous mountain passes (especially in the winter) to the next place where there’s a connection.When that has happened the only way to get any informat
