I bought the US T-mobile prepaid SIM card while I stayed in the US and now it expired. I would like to keep using my card when I visit the US this month again. Can I top up my account from outside of theUS or how should I do? If possible, I would like to start using my phone when I get arrive at the US as soon as possible.
I opened an account with T-Mobile in 2014 after I purchased an unlocked Moto G2 at Best Buy.Up until I switched to an unlocked Moto G7, my visual voicemail was working just fine with Google's native phone app. I've searched and tried several possible solutions, here and elsewhere: NO WORKY!I'm considering calling tech support, but, these days, getting past the script readers is getting annoying. I got an upgraded phone and put my old SIM in, but it only recognizes the card about half the time. I either get an invalid SIM error message or no SIM detected at all. The door is all the way shut, there is no carrier update pending, and restarting my phone only works sometimes. Do I have to link my new phone to my account somehow, or is this a hardware issue? The new phone is an iPhone 8. Thank you!
If so, please noteThey advertise “The new 15GB International Pass includes 15GB of high-speed data to be used up to 30 days for just $50.” I would think most people would think that “up to 30 days” would mean the earlier of 30 days or when you reached 15GB of data, not the earlier of 30 days or when you reached the end of your billing cycle. Maybe you should say at the end “or at the end of your billing cycle, whichever comes first”.

I have activated T-Mobile's PAYG plan ($3) and it has been in use for three months. Recently I saw that T-Mobile has canceled the PAYG plan, and my account cannot be used to log in to T-Mobile's app.I will use this number to bind the bank card, I want to know if I can safely use it for a long time.

I used to get regular security patches on my S9 with no problem. For the past few weeks, all I get is a spinning wheel followed by a "Can't connect to T-Mobile update service" message. T-Mobile phone help pushed me off to Samsung (even though I told them I have no difficulty connecting to Google's update servers for my Android apps). Samsung told me to go to one of their authorized repair shops for a complete "flash" restart. The repair shop did this (and it took me hours to get my phone back in working order), but the very next day I once again could not reach the T-Mobile update server. For now, I have no way of knowing if I will be able to download an update even if T-Mobile gets around to it.
I recently bought a note 10 and note 10 plus. When I use smart switch to transfer data from my old S8 device to the note 10 and note 10 plus, everything is transferred except mms messages. It shows the picture is there, but it's blurred with an"! " in the center. When I tap it I get " file does not exist " I did the smart switch multiple times on both devices and it does it every time ... Has anyone experienced this problem? Any solutions?
