You just lost 4 customers, and my family has been with TMobile almost 20 years! You have NO RIGHT to force a medical procedure, and now, even if you change your mind, too bad, I'm gone! You should have stuck to cell phone service!

Deutsche Telekom building global COVID vaccine verification app

Why is Deutsche Telekom which is the parent company of T-Mobile so interested in tracking human health information?? this is straight out of a communist manifesto checklist. Why mandate an experimental vaccine that didn't demonstrate efficacy?

Is there a generic feedback webpage for T-Mobile e.g. t-mobile.com/feedback

I keep coming across lots of little annoyances that simply aren't worth my time to call into customer service for. It would be great if there was a webpage similar to Apple’s feedback page i.e. apple.com/feedback. Does such a thing exist for T-Mobile? If not, somebody should make it!

Text using a business landline number

If I sign up and text-enable my business landline with Texty Pro, can I use my t-mobile phone to access this service? I stumbled on to this article on How to Text From a Landline Number in 2022 and it says that all I need is a mobile phone with an internet access to text using my landline number.

France to US calls with global plan failing

Help.  In France on global plan.  Agent who signed me up said from Europe, to call US I only need to dial the number as if in US.  All calls fail.  Have tried the + first and that with various combinations of country code.  Please LMK how to make calls home.  TYVM!

Problems connecting with Roblox?

Has anyone else had issues connecting to Roblox via the 5G home internet recently? We had no issues for the first week but two nights ago starting having problems. My son connects to the Roblox app on an iPad running the latest IOS (15 something).
