I’m trying to find out how I send a message to T-Mobile career recruiter to let him/her know that I have an employee referral?
I love that you are trying to join the Magenta Family!! The referral process is pretty easy because it is integrated into the application. Start on the careers site that gramps28 linked above and select a position to apply for. As you are filling it out, there is going to be a section that asks if you are being referred. There you enter in the details for the person that referred you. After you complete your application, ask the current employee to get you the email address for the local recruiter. That way you get connected to someone in your area and you already have the application completed so they can review it and you can have a productive conversation about next steps.
