Latest Android 10 update on Galaxy S10e causes infinite reboot loop
Yesterday my wife and I were both prompted to update our Galaxy S10e's. We both initiated the update and then we both had the identical issue. Our phones rebooted tens of times until we were presented with the boot screen to try safe mode, delete cache, etc. After trying all of the options without success we were forced to factory reset our phones which has been a huge hassle.Has anybody else had a similar problem? If it was just one phone then I would write it off to the tech gremlins, however, that this issue happened to both of our phones sure seems to point to a big bug in the upgrade.Now it appears T-Mobile pulled the update?

If yes text ( YES ) to this number (312) 970-1825 and accept your $3500 ASAP grateful. I deleted and blocked this number. Any next steps?
What flip phone to get Grandpa?
Grandpa fell in a ditch and ruined his Alcatel Go Flip 2. That phone wasn’t the greatest anyway and we liked his ZTE Cymbal Z320 a lot better.Now there are 4 flip phones available!?TCL Flip Go for $96 SCHOK Flip for $96 Sonim XP3Plus for $210 Sonim XP3Plus (non-camera version) for $210I also tried finding a used ZTE Cymbal Z320 but could only find one that I was sure was the T-Mobile version for almost $77.Trying to choose a phone is a bit difficult to say the least. What is the difference between these other than the price and that one doesn’t have a camera?I mean we don’t care if it has Wi-Fi or a camera or text messaging because he’s not going to use any of that. Back around May 7, 2022, hubby and I switched to T-Mobile...we were to receive a virtual mastercard of $200 per line...I have tracking numbers, etc. but mine for my number (received the text message back in May), however, I accidentally deleted it)...then hubby sent me his through text and I accidentally deleted that as well...I logged into my account and got the credit card information for his phone, but I cannot locate the one that I had...any help with this would be greatly appreciated.Sincerely,Michelle

I keep coming across lots of little annoyances that simply aren't worth my time to call into customer service for. It would be great if there was a webpage similar to Apple’s feedback page i.e. apple.com/feedback. Does such a thing exist for T-Mobile? If not, somebody should make it!

France to US calls with global plan failing
Help. In France on global plan. Agent who signed me up said from Europe, to call US I only need to dial the number as if in US. All calls fail. Have tried the + first and that with various combinations of country code. Please LMK how to make calls home. TYVM!

If I sign up and text-enable my business landline with Texty Pro, can I use my t-mobile phone to access this service? I stumbled on to this article on How to Text From a Landline Number in 2022 and it says that all I need is a mobile phone with an internet access to text using my landline number.

So I had a payment arrangement set up I called the day before the payment was to be made because I wanted to pay it early I'm using a different card... The person went ahead and went into the system and did something where it was going to be customer will pee on their own recognizance recognizance or whatever so I just had to call in a log into my app and make it a pain on my own because I didn't know what time they were going to take the payment out of my account that was the reason for me paying it early. So payments made everything is good the next morning my service is shut off how's that possible I mean seriously I was on the phone with a rep they didn't have a g d clue what was going on they didn't respect the fact that I was needing my phone turned on so I could get ahold of a family member because at that time I was stranded and needing a ride. 24 years or so with Sprint and now T-Mobile maybe one time 23 years ago I had service disconnected one time and that was because I didn

My husband and I joined T-mobile in June of 2021 (so a little less than a year ago). We signed up under a business plan, we got a 3rd line for the same price. So we have 3 lines.He traded in a iphone and got an upgrade for a new iphone.My (android) phone has some damage, so I didn’t trade it in.I bought an iphone mini, but I didn’t love the size and returned it a few days later.We did not get a phone for the 3rd line.I would like to upgrade my phone but would love to get an incentive but since my phone has damage, I can’t trade it in.There are incentives to upgrades by adding a line, since I didn’t take advantage of this when I first joined, am I still eligible to upgrade my phone and/or my “new” line that has never been activated?I feel like the sales person wasn’t very helpful answering these questions or helping me out.
