T-Mobile Needs Password Education

  1. If you require a password change, say it is required, not suggested. Contact me for vocabulary help
  2. Of all of the constraints, requiring a number is the least secure. It reduces the number of valid passwords. Requiring a symbol is fr more intelligent.
  3. If you do not allow spaces and symbols, say so before a person creates a password. All of the competent security and web development people do so.
  4. If you are going to allow extremely low quality passwords, then be fair and alow all extremely high quality passwords. For example “1bigdoggy” is allowed and extremely week. “t-mobile knows very little about passwords” is extremely strong even though it only has lowercase letters. The extremely strong password is not allowed by T-Mobile.
